    It IS for 409. The last episode was a TWO-hour episode, not two new separate episodes airing one after the other.

    Then why does it say "one episode until the winter finale"? 4x09 is the next episode but it makes more sense that ABC made a mistake. Since 4x10 is called 'Shattered Sight' that's probably when the curse hits.

    This is the promo for "Shattered Sight", not a 2nd promo for "Fall." The shattered sight spell is already taking full effect, plus the promo shows Anna and Kristoff already rescued in Storbrooke, which is something a promo for "Fall" would NOT show. The promo says this is the last episode before the Winter Finale, which also applies to "Shattered Sight."

    why is it so complicated? Smash the Mirror was a 2 part/2hour episode! some count it as 2 episodes, don't know why.
    Check Internet data base (IMBd), or here on Spoiler :
    30th of November: Fall 4x09
    7th of December: Shattered Sights 4x10
    14th of December: Heroes and Villains 4x11
    break
    1th of March: Darkness in the edge of the town: 4x12
    7th of March: Unforgiven
    also will this season have 23 episode, but 2 be counted as 1 episode, offical 22 episodes for season 4

    I think too, was a mistake from abc. I think, in the episode Fall we will see all moments until sundown, before the curse upon Storybrook. Was the same as the finale from season 1, when Gold brought back magic to Storybrook: the moment magic arrived, season finished.

    That's most likely what happened, ABC released the wrong promo, or else the hiatus would start Dec.6 instead of Dec.14. So while 409 is the next episode to air, this promo is not for it but rather for 410.

    Abc.go.com, where this promo originated, has since removed the promo from their site. This further points to this being the promo for 410 "Shattered Sight", and ABC jumped the gun by uploading it early.

    yup, anyway for me and my twinsister best season so far. What I'm wondering, and make me little crazy to wait until Sunday, if Gold stays as Gold or not. Accord to the interview, Lana gave to ET, they had a great funny time during filming for episode 11, as Evil Queen and Rumplestilskin, then again as Gold/Regina. And in an other interview she said, that the Evil Queen will be no flashback, only Storybrook.

    This is a nice move to make people watch both 409 and 410. Regina vs Snow is vintage Once drama and a reason people loved the show. This "accident" could do the show good!

    My biggest curious question is: will Gold stays as Gold or also transform into Rumplestiltskin. Why I ask? because he betrayed/cheated the SnowQueen with the last deal. So I'm really not sure, when she said: enjoy your trip, that the deal counts for her. But I think, have to wait to for a Sneak Peek , Behind the Scenes photos or (most grueling) next Sunday :-/
    Rumplestiltskin in Storybrooke, this would be fun, more fun then Gold

    There is no functionality that
    allows episode 8 part 2 to be uploaded with that name so they change it
    to 9, but technically episode 9 is "Fall" and they upload it the way it have to be http://i60.tinypic.com/2nth3b6.png
    with the correct name and number, but obviously can't change episode 8
    part 2 name, so both stay as 04x09. So "Shattered Sight" is logically 04x10, not 04x11.
