That was a great scene. It helps make Snow's perspective a lot more relatable. Also, for those that didn't know Frozen's storyline, this scene helped show how Elsa was the perfect person to help with Emma's 'uncontrollable magic' problem. I'm glad that this deleted scene, as well as the other ones will (hopefully) be added to the season's DVD collection. So far, several of these deleted scenes seem so important for character progression and helping fill the gaps in the story more.
