Update: 23rd November The indexing of all 50,000 articles is now complete so you should be able to search back up to 2 years worth of articles.
Update: 14th November It seems that the new search is very popular with over 500 searches being performed each day since we added it to the site.
As a result we've ordered more index space for the search. Currently our index is only 2,500 articles (About 2 months worth). Today we'll be expanding this to 50,000 just over 2 years worth of articles. This should help people find more articles, especially for the older shows.
NOTE: It will take a couple of days to index all these new 47,500 articles so if you don't see the results you expect, just give it a few days. We'll update this post when the full 50,000 has been indexed.
Update: 9th November Based on the initial feedback and user testing, we've now made the Search box a little bigger, and more importantly moved it to the top menu so that it's always accessible no matter where you are on the site.

Hey All,
As you know we've recently been running our annual SpoilerTV Reader Survey (It's still open if you've not yet completed it).
One of the recurring requests was for a better and faster search.
Well today we're trialling a new system.
In the sidebar on the right you will see a new search box. As soon as you start typing your search you should see almost instantly the results appear in a sidebox.
This will allow you to see the articles quickly that match your query and allow you to scroll down the list or refine your search.
This search currently indexes the last 2,500 articles (This is about 2 months worth of posts). If you want to go back further you'll need to use the existing search feature that indexes all the articles.
If this proves popular we'll look to index more than 2,500 articles.
