    uh. As cool as this sounds I'm wary it is the promo department working it up. The footage doesn't really match the words of the booming promo man. "made a lot of mistakes" doesn't sound too drastic, especially if you know the show.

    Yeah the promo the monkeys for all the NCIS shows are way over dramatic every time they do a promo. It's actually kind of ridiculous how they over blow episodes of these shows in the promo then you watch it and go "uh where was that big dramatic moment you were teasing about this episode was light and fun". That NCIS voice over guy is just to dramatic.
