Looks like the trailer will be 88 Seconds long and play in some additional theatres.

The trailer runs for 88 seconds and will begin playing worldwide on Monday. Regal Cinemas says that the trailer will be playing before all of the movies it's showing, and it's likely that that will be the case at other theaters as well.

The new Star Wars trailer will indeed hit us the day after Thanksgiving Thursday (the day when the first trailer for Jurassic World will hit), but ONLY in nine select Regal Theater locations around the good ol’ U.S. of A., and ONLY from Nov. 28 to Nov. 30.

Here are the lucky nine theaters set to show the trailer:

Irvine, CA - Edwards Irvine Spectrum 22 & IMAX
San Diego, CA - Edwards Mira Mesa Stadium 18 IMAX & RPX
Atlanta, GA - Regal Atlantic Station Stadium 18 IMAX & RPX
Chicago, IL - Regal City North Stadium 14 IMAX & RPX

Knoxville, TN - Regal Pinnacle Stadium 18 IMAX & RPX
Houston, TX - Edwards Houston Marq'E Stadium 23 IMAX & RPX

  2. nah, it's a classic cinematic trailer premiere like James Cameron loves to do it. Probably even followed by a sneak peek

  3. Cool, so I'll be able to see it online about 30 minutes after the movie starts. Lol

  4. I'm still a little sad the film isn't premiering in May. Every Star Wars live-action film has until now.

  5. They could always delay it a few months. Lol. :)

  6. Anyone know if Star Wars is apart of Disney/Marvel's shared universe? Wouldn't mind seeing Jedi with Groot and Rocket Raccoon!
