Another break, have they lost their minds? And just when the show is picking up so much momentum? I guess all of our optimism over having a better, more continuous schedule this season was for naught.
Anyway: it's amazing that they're already heading to the city. This show has truly learned from last sason's mistakes, the pace is much faster now (sometimes even too fast - see the Undercover Simmons plot) and the game-changers keep coming fast and furious. At the risk of repeating myself for the 10000th time, it slays me that this gem doesn't get higher ratings.
As much as I usually hate the ABC scheduling department and as much as I hate breaks for this show when it's on such a roll, I believe Shield is getting the best possible scheduling. Yes, it got preempted a few weeks ago for election coverage but that was for its own good. Viewing levels were down and affiliates were preempting everything back and forth, it was better to have it take the night off. And tomorrow ABC needs to air the DWTS finale, they can't simply not air it. This way they will do two Shield episodes in December and then they can run them straight through in the spring (possibly with a two hour season finale, I think they will need it to be able to squeeze in all episodes). I couldn't have done it better than they are doing this year. Last year was another story, it was comically bad.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Damn you DWTS for making me wait two weeks for this because it looks awesome. God, I'm so excited and scared.
ReplyDeleteIn case anybody is wondering, the citadel that the team enters is El Morro.(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Castillo_San_Felipe_del_Morro)
ReplyDeleteI'm sure of that because I am from Puerto Rico.
Oooh, another evil May clone. Awesome! Waiting 2 weeks for this episode is going to be hell.
ReplyDeleteso Agent 33 is still alive that sucks AND she's stuck as May wow
ReplyDeleteWell that place looks cool! I feel like I've also seen it in some other movie before.
ReplyDeleteThis looks epic!!!
ReplyDeleteSHE'S BACK
ReplyDeleteAAAAAHHHHH!!! This is going to be INSANE!
