    During the last episode Derek pushed Meredith to bond with her half-sister and pseudo-daddy and now he does this crap with his own sister? that came from his big-but-awesome family? C'mon! McDreamy is turning out to be a McDouche.

    Because his ego can't deal with giving up the job in Washington.
    Derek's greatest flaw, was always his ego and now it's out of control.

    I love Derek because he can be real sweet but if he dethrones his sister from head of neuro because of his ego, that would make him the biggest hypocrite. Last episode he was advocating the importance of family to Meredith and this week it seems like he's betrayimg his own sister. I hope he does the right thing.
