    Thanksgiving is next week, most shows take only a 2-week break. So what special thing is going on Dec 3rd that they have to postpone another week?

    They have a Christmas in Rockafeller Special and a SNL Christmas rerun in its place. I checked what other shows was on Dec 3, I'm guessing maybe they don't want to air CPD when Survivor has their season finale.
