    That was one heck of a promo. Cupid! And was that Ted Grant on the voice over about being a vigilante. I look forward to seeing Laurel's journey. That seems really intense, and potentially causing conflict between her and Oliver.


    (And yes, special mention of Ray and Felicity)

    Of all the villains Oliver faced in the past, Cupid is the only one that truly scares me.


    Slade and Malcolm acted out of grief and sadness, Ra's has a code of honour, Helena had a goal to avenge her loved one. They all had a semi-valid reason (not saying that what they did was okay).


    But Cupid only acts because of a deranged sentiment of love, if the writers are smart and handle it right Cupid could become some amazing social commentary about human beings being easily drawn and inspired by the wrong kind of human being.

    Very cool promo....Ted Grant doing the last voice over I presume....sounds interesting!! Hope they use him properly...he looks like he could give Laurels storyline some meat and put it on the right track!!

    The Cupid episode is the one after next weeks..."I'm Cupid stupid"...she looks fun!!

    Oh Felicity and Ray....he is shaping up to be a really good option for Felicity if someone else doesn't wake up soon!!!

    On the whole really loving how this season is shaping up!!

    I am so excited for what this season has in stores for us. I am already counting down for Cupid's episode! She looked crazy! my favorite kind of villian lmao. I am also so proud of my girl Felicity. Get it baby. Felicity is done waiting for you Oliver. Although my heart broke for him when he started throwing things at their little love fern lmao. You could have had it all Oliver.... you could have had it all. This slow burn will be the death of me. I AM SO READY.

    Cupid looks so freaking awesome I love her already. And I really liked Oliver talking to Laurel about vigilantism; I kinda want to see them with different ideologies in the future, Ollie gets to many sidekicks, but not enough foils.

    Please no no. Didn't we have Slade/Shado saga last year? If any one is responsible for the death of Maseo and Akio I hope it is Waller and Katana wants rip her into little ribbons. Since the flashbacks are in Hong Kong this year its difficult to figure out if the city is Starling or Hong Kong. I am excited for Katana.

    Okay, let's see. I think this is gonna happen:


    3x09(The Climb) - Stephen Amell said cliffhangers were gonna become literal by the fall finale and he then posted a picture of Oliver on top of a mountain. He pointed he was making the best fight secuence of the entire series. I believe he will fight Ra's al Ghul on there.
    It seems like Nanda Parbat(Maybe Thea gets kidnapped again to make Malcolm out of his hiding place?). When Team Arrow is trying to scape, Ra's will catch up and Oliver will fight him while the others(Diggle, Felicity, Roy---posibbly with Malcolm and Thea) escape.
    Ra's will beat him and Ollie will end up hanging on the edge of the mountain. He will fall and everyone will think he's dead. In the end we will see him doing "the climb"(just like the title of the episode).


    3x10(Left Behind) - With Oliver left behind "dead", the gangs led by Brick will take over Star City. With the city going downhill, Arsenal, Wildcat, Laurel, Thea, Malcolm, Diggle and Felicity will try to defeat Brick and took control. They will fail and end up badly hurt. Meanwhile we'll see Oliver quest to return to Star City.


    3x11(Midnight City) and 3x12 - Oliver reunites with everyone and they start fighting the gangs. They fight Brick and succed on taking him out of Star City. Also, something will happen that will lead Ray Palmer to become The Atom.


    Vinnie Jones, the actor who plays Brick, was casted for 3x10, 3x11 and 3x12. They already used Komodo this year, so maybe they will take inspiration for Lemire's Broken comic-run, in wich Ollie comes back to Seattle after being away and finds his city controled by the gangs(With Diggle, Fyff and Naomi trying to take them down in his absence).


    This way they can kill 3 episodes that otherwise would be filler and, while they're still be, it would have a very contrived and satisfiying outcome. Remember by the end of the Season, acording to Amell, the amount of heroes on Star City/Central City will make Oliver reconsider his choices about Felicity and life outside the Arrow.


    I think they are gonna make a Justice League on TV and a new show. The members will be recurring guest stars that will pop up for 1 or 2 episodes arcs. This will be a way to link all shows in a cool way without doing full crossovers(they are way too hard to do 'cause of the filming schedule).

    Well, maybe you're right... With all the OMAC hints i think we're going for a full Justice League(I have a great theory about how could work on the three shows) VS Checkmate for Season 4.

    He don't need to be, but as Oliver said... He loves Thea... I think they're shaping him to be an anti-hero(some times he helps and some times he f**ks things up).


    He said something to Oliver("These streets used to be mine") that made him seem like he really does care for Staring and thinks of it as his responsability(no matter his twisted ways)... If the city is under siege he would be there to help... but never as a hero...

    If your theory comes true.(It is still a bit ambitious for me to do during a mid season break but now it seems possible.) then may be in 2x11 Diggle might call in suicide squad to help Team Arrow. Also if all these people try to fight crime I think it will be in different groups. Laurel and Ted one group, Thea and Malcolm another (they might be fighting for some selfish reasons) and Digg, Felicity and Oliver another group. Even Ray Palmer might try his hand at vigilantism alone. It will end up messy and Oliver once back will bring them all together.

    Too put it easily is a secret organization made by Amanda Waller(in the comics she gives the chief position to a character i can't remember the name) gone bad who used Brother Eye to try destroying all the metahumans...


    Intersting, one of the outcomes i think it was the death of Ted Kord(who was who the EPs actually wanted Routh to play, but couldn't because DC "had other plans"... I'm not saying anything, but maybeeee...).


    There's also a russian branch, Deathstroke working as a double agent, also Roy Harper with Chesire, etc.


    It's a cool story, it's al pre-infinite crisis... I'm not saying they're gonna do a 1:1 Jajaja but maybe they take inspiration from that story.

    Yep, Oliver will work well as a glue to bring them all together on 3x12... He is, after all, the lead actor xD


    It would be normal storytelling... This group without direction... He will lead them all to strike together.


    Idk if it's ambitious on the narrative way... It's a filler arc to help kill some episodes. But i think it will be ambitious on the action side, and Stephen said he wanted to save his toughts on Season 2 vs Season 3 until they were a bunch of episodes in. They are shooting episode 3x11 and he posted that he made his mind and thinks "season 3 will anihilate season 2"... Just saying xD

    I'm quite sure they will do what i call "one of the most cheap scenes" in history: The Oliver walks and see Ray kissing Felicity and goes to The Foundry and starts kicking everything until he looks at the fern.


    The producers said on episode 7 that Oliver will go to Felicity's office and the fern will make a comeback.


    They already did this with Oliver/Tommy/Laurel... Why can't we have grounded characters? Why can't Felicity go "yeah, i'm on a relationship with Ray"? Is that too hard? Then, of course, let's have Oliver breaks the whole Foundry and go, crying, to a corner holding the fern...


    But does he need to "see" them? I really hope that doesn't happen...

    Seriously you guys have x-ray vision. I didn't even notice the fern. I hope they don't go the cheesy way like you said. MG tweeted 3x07 has an important Diggle/Felicity scene. So it must be Diggle encouraging her to go on that date. Most probably Oliver hears about it from Diggle and throws a hissy fit. LOL.

    I kind of agree and disagree with Diggle, yeah their mission is about justice and they can't have double standards when one of them breaks the law, but seriously how many people has Oliver killed? besides Roy wasn't himself he doesn't even know what he did (I'm not defending Roy or Oliver I'm just making a point), so why should the rules apply to Roy and not Oliver? it's a very tricky situation. (and seriously Dig needs a mask NOW)



    So apparently Oliver goes to QC, sees Felicity and CER and gets upset and starts to throw things around (if the love fern got hurt you will have to answer to me Oliver Queen lol), the whole scenario is dramatic and angsty and everything, so why do I like it so much? lol seriously those two, sigh.

    AWESOME PROMO!!! and i didn't expect grant to have already been a vigilante years ago i thought he was going to become one so that's pretty cool i think we can all agree that this is gearing up to be one hell of a team our kind Justice League, and Cupid is not playing around she's not just an archer she can go toe-to-toe with oliver that's surprising this is going to be awesome, i can't tell if at the end that's the announcer or a character in the show saying that lol

    Nice promo. CW knows how to do promos well, that's for sure. Cupid looks like a great villain for Oliver to contend with. I want to know more about Roy and the dreams he's having (I know he didn't kill Sara. Memory plant and/or mirakuru side effects?). This season has been great so far. Felicity and Ray...I'm okay with it. It won't last but I like to see my babe in the spotlight. I loved her centric episode. Looking forward to the day Oliver realizes he can have a life with her, too. This season is going to be epic.

    I was typing a reply about how Diggle was right about double standards. Than as I was typing about Oliver only killing bad guys in season 1 and all that I realized Roy did kill two innocent cops in season 2. Team Arrow had no problem in sitting on that not getting justice for those families. So if lack of presence of mind absolves Roy of that crime then he should be absolved of this one too if he was not in his right mind. I am still going with sleep walking and witnessing Sara's murder. Nothing else make sense. I hope they don't say someone planted a memory into Roy's brain. That would be too much.


    I truly don't think Oliver will witness Felicity's kiss (God I hope not.. That would be cheesy). I think the knowledge of her going on a date with Ray will be enough for a tantrum from OQ.

    Actually I was talking about the cops because I'm not convinced that Roy killed Sara, and I hope it won't turn out to be that someone hypnotized him and planted the idea in his head because I hate when that happens.


    I agree it would be cheesy, but Marc did say that Oliver is going to visit her at work so I don't know, we'll see.

    Oliver is acting like Dinah's mom in the comics who didn't want her to follow in her footsteps. Couldn't help but notice that. From what I see all Laurel wants to do is find and punish her sister's killer, something Oliver is failing to do because he doesn't want it as much as Laurel. Too busy balancing being a hero and pining for Fekicity I guess.

    It is unfair to say Oliver does not want to punish Sara's killer. He is shown being frustrated several times because the trail has gone cold. It's not like Laurel is investigating Sara's death either and got some new clue which Oliver could have found out. We don't see her going over evidence again and again. She is just angry because of Sara's death and is reckless. When she went out and beat that abuser in episode 3 she was not pursuing sara's killer. Just because Oliver does not go around trying to empty clips in every suspect without any evidence does not mean he does not want to find Sara's killer.

    I can't see any spinoff centered on Ted Grant. He's not interesting enough and will not bring too many viewers to his own show. I think they will choose a character that has yet to be introduced on the shows, such as Nightwing, and announce it as they did with Flash. It might happen though only next year and we might see the next Arrow\Flash spin-off starting only when Arrow starts its 5th season.

    The only route in which they'd have her choose Barry would be if Flash were to be canceled and Grant Gustin was brought back into Arrow, because there's no way Arrow would risk losing EBR to another show, even if they are under the same network / show runners.

    Yes, and he also cared about Tommy when he practically got him killed. And Malcolm also so called cared about Star city when he killed over 500 people to so called "save it" or whatever... I still think they would totally ruin this entire show and what it's been about until now if they just keep forcing Malcom down our throats like some anti-hero, because it's just weird and lame... I mean, he's supposed to be the big nemeis of the Arrow, not his buddy from time to time >.<


    Not to mention that it's still so laughable how every team up consisting of Thea, is just with Malcolm, Malcolm, Malcolm... So, basically we're admitting that way that she's going more toward Mini-Merlyn still and his little slave puppet, than Speedy.


    Like how Malcolm was looking over her and Oliver when they were watching that movie, that's not exacyly the look of someone that's just: 'Aww, look at them, aren't I a good guy now?' but more of someone that's thinking: 'Finally I'm getting them exactly into the position I want them to be in.' He might THINK he cares about Thea, about the city, but again that will still easily enough get Thea killed, or who knows how many people in the city, but in the end all this is about for him is some chess game against the League, I'm quite sure about that.


    Or at least, I hope so, 'cause really... He's already as much of an anti-hero as he can be, and even more is something I personally wouldn't find believable in the slightest, nor would I like Thea anymore if they just only keep her teamed up with her new amazing Dad...


    People keep telling me that I give John Barrowman way too much credit, but again it only shows how massively fond they are of him, because if they really do it as that theory, again it would mean them basically for a few episodes turning the show more about Malcolm, than about Oliver, but yeah, definitely a nemesis, right? >.<

    Probably going to be for some selfish reasons, that's what the entire thing with Thea and Malcolm is turning into. Just like how it's becoming just a standard thing to say: 'Thea and Malcolm.' The duo they're still making me think they want as partners and sidekicks for the entire show instead of her with her brother, who she's just stringing along more and more with every episode, with how it's just... Weird how she acts around him and in general.


    Anyway, with this enormous increasing amount of Malcolm forcing on us, and how increasingly annoying and hypocrite Thea is, it's so hard to fight against the part of me that eventually just won't want her to be part of Team Arrow anymore, because hse just won't deserve it anymore.

    THAT'S WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT! What an amazing promo! Let's call the troups: Wildcat, Katana, Captain Boomerang, Cupid... All of them coming to Starling City! I am really impressed by the show. A lot is going to happen. Plus Ra's al Ghul and probably The Atom (since we saw Brandon Routh preparing his mask), the crossover... BOOM! It is going to be AMAZING! Special mention to Cupid who seems to be hilarious, she got me with one sentence: I am Cupid stupid.

    And about the Ray/Felicity kiss: it does not mean that they are going to be a couple. She kissed Oliver and Barry and yet she is still single. CW ADORES love triangles ans it's a good way to attract the Olicity fans (and I am 1000% one of them). Plus, If Oliver gets jealous, I am on it! When his jealousy mode is activated, he is hilarious. He isn't even aware of that. Uncomfortable situations are unsual for him. I think Olicity will happen but we need to be PATIENT. The best love stories are built with TIME. And I know that the show is not all about Felicity. I am a rational Olicity fan. <3

    I saw a photo on Tumblr but the scene is dark so it's not really clear, but I think it was her especially since we know that she will first appear in the next episode so maybe she was trying to get his attention, we'll find out soon enough. I don't have a problem with BR personally I know nothing about him and I didn't see the superman movie, BUT it's the second time he comes in a show's third season and stands in the way of my OTP so I may have some unresolved issues from Chuck lol
    I didn't mind them either I even liked them, I brought them up because Piper and Leo couldn't be together so she was trying to move on but in the end no matter how perfect Dan was for her, he wasn't the one she really loved, you see mt point?

    Great promo! I love Amy Gumenick/Winchester mommy! She's very beautiful with red hair. But Felicity and Ray? NO! Thanks... They not even have a romantic chemistry... (Felicity, don't fool yourself and to Ray too) Oliver and Felicity all the way! Besides, Ray seems a stalker and there is something about him that I don't like. About Laurel... She is more artificial every episode. Oliver needs more than 3 seasons to become Green Arrow and suddenly, Laurel is going to be Black Canary on half of this season, weird. She not even have the great body of BC in comics. Well, this Laurel is not even the real Black Canary of the comics. Malcolm Merlyn is so interesting this season and Roy and Thea too!!

    The character was Maxwell Lord, he was the head of checkmate, and was behind the OMAC program and was killed by Wonder Woman, he was a metahuman that could control people's including Superman. They could do a lot of things with Omac, Brother Eye (a satellite that could watch every superhero on the planet). And there's at last to hints about it, the name used by Felicity's ex-boyfriend and the satellite Waller mentioned n the flashback that she used to watch Oliver on the island. And It would be interesting to see Thea becoming Cheshire than Speedy.

    Nice very, very plausible But I would want so see the gang war as a major threat for next season. So this season would be Ras, and maybe something related to Ray Palmer and his purpose on Applied Sciences( maybe something going terribly wrong and Oliver helping him and inspiring him to become a hero) And leave a full gang war/conspiracy to next season using Brick, Count Vertigo as players but having someone as Richard Dragon as the Big Bad

    I actually think Thea is shaping into something in between Speedy and Cheshire... With all the "Speedy" hints i don't think they go there... I'm quite intrigued as to what is she gonna become. I think Cheshire will be on the show at some point to be for Roy and Thea what Ray is for Oliver and Felicity: That third piece before getting together(This is theCW, after all).


    Thea is like a blank page for me(comic wise). We know Laurel will become Black Canary, Roy is Arsenal, Felicity is like this universe's Oracle, etc. But i can't say "Thea is gonna be this particular character", especially with her sword training... I'm quite confused(and pleased tbh, there're way too much archers already).

    Yeah... Saying i was disappointed at the way they used Komodo is... well... I really HATED that episode because of what they did with Komodo.


    I had this whole thing on my head(Season 3 Ra's al Ghul - Season 4 Komodo/The Outsiders - Season 5 Checkmate) and they did Komodo as a simple and normal enemy while the comic version was pretty terrific... Maybe the best thing The New 52 version of GA gave us.


    I'm still on the fence as if Ra's al Ghul is actually the Big Bad of Season 3... It's too much, perhaps... He could be better fitted as the Final Season villain. He is the biggest player on the villains that are more menacing, yet one that can be "grounded". There're a lot of villains they can't do because of the "powers".


    About Ray Palmer, i think he's is not gonna be The Atom we know... In fact, i think he's gonna be a more Blue Beetle kind of hero(with a armored suit that will give him more strenght). After all, he behaves more like Ted Kord than Palmer, and the EPs wanted Kord but couldn't have him...
