    The name Hannibal Bates already appeared on The List in season 1 apparently. Along with Isabel Rochev and the upcoming Danny Brickwell.

    I love her. It feels weird to say that for a character like this. Usually I don't like such obsessed and deranged characters but this one works well for Arrow.
