Nope. I still don't buy that Roy did it. There's just too many things that don't add up about the final scene of 3.05 and this promo doesn't do anything to clear them up. I remain very skeptical.
I am pretty sure Sara was killed by a bow and arrow.....I don't think throwing three arrow at her make any sense and where the hell would he get them anyway
HE DIDN'T DO IT AND STOP MAKING IT LOOK LIKE HE DID!!! and it looks like we have a new archer in town i wonder who she is because i don't think that's nyssa OR laurel
wow so she's going to be a force to be reckoned with huh that's cool but it's going to be hard seeing her completely insane and evil that is a bad combination
If he doesn't remember completely it's because he was brainwashed or something. I think someone ordered him to do it, IF he did kill her, or it could just be dreams.
I swear I remember rumour/spoilers before season 3 aired saying Roy would need recurring mirakura cure injections. Now that could just be that, a rumour, especially as there is a lot that doesn't add up. Basically I think the same as you, but the rumour is looking a little less like a rumour (could also be how they intend to reuse Slade in the future if they ever decide to).
I think Roy still has side effects of Mirakuru/antidote and he saw he killed Sara in his nightmare because he remembered blurry things about what happened in Seeing Red, but Roy thinks maybe he killed Sara because he doesn't know that he killed a cop.
We don't see eye to eye a lot but I agree Colton is a bad actor. I find him a lot better this season compared to all of his work in Arrow and Teen Wolf. That scene with Thea in episode 3 was well done. Let's see how he does this episode. And saying you dislike the acting of an actor is not bashing.
So did cupid kill the guys at Ted Grant's gym. Is Oliver trying to hypnotize Roy to get into his subconsious? Didn't we had a spoiler Katana is going to use some way to access Oliver's forgotten memories?
Nope Nope Nope, I refuse to believe that Roy killed Sara, maybe it's a side effect from the Mirakuru combined with him remembering when she wanted to kill him and everything that happened in Seeing Red, anyway we'll see, but don't you dare tell YKW that Roy thinks he killed Sara because I just can't deal with her drama anymore she can train and be a masked vigilante and get beaten up and do whatever she wants but kindly do it far far away from the team, I don't want to see her trying to kill Roy or worse telling Oliver to do it. Who is Oliver carrying? and who is that redhead with the bow? is that Cupid?
I get a feeling Roy is sleepwalking and he somehow witnessed Sara's death. Even if Roy killed her it would be explained by some sort of mind control drug by LoA. I sincerely hope he had no hand in this and it was just a dream he was having due to his repressed memories of Seeing Red. But if that is the case then why did they show us the exact same scene of Sara's death as a dream. Poor Roy. He needs a break. At least from bts photos of current episode we know he is still welcome at the foundry.
I know it's weird, his dream was very accurate, her reaction when she saw the killer and the exact way the arrows hit her but he can't be the killer I find it hard to believe that Sara couldn't dodge an arrow thrown at her without a bow I mean even I can do that so your theory about him sleep walking and witnessing the accident is very good and maybe it's some side effect or a drug altering his memory and his subconscious is telling him that he killed someone but since he doesn't remember what he did in Seeing Red his brain altered the memory and he sees himself killing Sara because he saw her murder and because she was a threat to him in Seeing Red.
I sure as hell hope that this won't lead to the reintroduction of that Mirakuru serum. That's the last thing I'd want. I was really glad to be done with all of that.
There has to be some twist like that. He is after all Roy Harper. Like Laurel Lance he is protected by his comic identity. He may stray from the path. But they will never make him irredeemable.
Well, that would be an interesting twist! And I know I said this when the promo pics came out, but it's amazing how much younger and prettier Katie looks without the tons of makeup they normally put on her.
David Ramsey posted this behind the scenes photo from when they were filming 3x06. It may have been a photo taken from 3x04 but since the episode will involve Sara's death again, maybe we'll being seeing Nyssa soon again!
Anyone consider Thea to be a Sara killer? She got the skills now, I'm sure she didn't knew that's Sara under the mask, for her it was a woman following Malcom and Thea could make a killto protect her father. She had access to Malcom's weapons. And by the look Sara knew her killer.
Exactly, it's the same reason I didn't believe the theory that suggested that it was Thea who killed Sara, because there is no coming back from that, and I think I read somewhere that in the comics Roy Harper had a problem with Drugs.
It's possible and it sure would be interesting to see Laurel wanting to avenge her sister and Oliver protecting his sister, BUT I don't think she is yeah she got the skills and yeah Malcolm manipulated her but you don't turn into a cold blooded killer and kill someone that close to you after 5 months, plus as Malcolm said it's illogical for him to kill her so he sure wouldn't make Thea do it.
Malcom might not be aware of that, well she was a witness of her mother death, she felt betrayed by everyone (Moira,Oliver,Roy) so now she might have her own agenda.
But I thought Mirakuru arc was their way of handling the drug addiction story line. I don't want to see another addiction story line in this show. Season 1 it was Lance being drunk and Thea taking drugs, Season 2 it was Laurel's addiction, Season 3 already Capt. Lance is dependent on medicines. I can't stand another addiction. Whatever it is I hope it is something clever.
It would be better for our sanity no doubt lol but I want you to imagine knowing that there are 23 new episodes out there and you're missing them, plus you can't interact with your fellow fans and talk about the show, you would be in a complete lockdown missing all the action, and you have to obtain a super power that prevents you from accidentally reading any spoilers, it's a Herculean task hahaha
I thought they were done too but they said a while ago that Roy would be experiencing some side effects from the Mirakuru or the cure or something like that, apparently the writers love to torture their heroes and make them struggle with addiction for some reason, and why is everyone focusing on the fact that Quentin is taking pills? it's because he's sick not because he's an addict they show him taking pills a lot to emphasize the fact that he's very and can't handle the news about Sara.
I just don't want mirakuru to come back in any shape way or form. I disliked it a lot last season. I don't want any one go through an addiction story line any time in the series.
I am not saying Quentin is an addict. He was taking pills in the season premiere because he was having pain first. Later they detected his heart problem. Now he is taking pills for that. From the Quentin collapsing in season finale to his heart problem, I find it all unnecessary and only done so that Laurel can keep Sara's death a secret. Which still is not good enough reason. Laurel did not need this angst too to start training. She already had Sara's death as motivation. I don't know why they think they always have to pile Laurel with issues over issues.
True. There are certain shows like The Blacklist which I binge watch 4 or 5 episodes at a time. I am not into those fandoms. Arrow is the only fandom I am actively involved in. So to be behind is not an option. It's too much fun.
Me too, I hate addiction stories and they already did it three times so enough is enough.
Well it's a known fact that I don't like Laurel, and I'm so sorry for saying that I'm not bashing but I'm not a fan of KC' acting most of the time, yeah there are some scenes I do like, like when Sara died, really my heart broke for her and when they found her in the foundry and she said "I didn't know where to take her, I couldn't just leave her there" seriously she outdone herself in those scenes, but aside from some few scenes most of the time I just can't connect with her, but I have to admit the writing for her character is terrible, even this season when she finally had a decent storyline I'm not liking the way it's written, they are rushing it in my opinion and she immediately went to anger and she's acting recklessly and irrationally, she almost killed the wrong man in episode 2 and the very next episode she decided to be a masked vigilante, REALLY writers?!! and in the last episode she started a riot! I hope that changes soon for the sake of her fans, and I'm not being condescending I'm very sincere, I don't like the character and probably never will (and that's fine I don't have to like every character on the show) but she is an important part of the show so of course I want the best for her.
I disliked her intensely by the end of season 1 and it continued in season 2. I said during season break the best thing they can do for Laurel is power through her transformation to BC fast like they did with Roy. As soon as she becomes BC she will be saving people and a part of the team or she might make Birds of Prey group. Once she becomes a masked hero then it becomes all about the villains they face and the moral choices they have to face. That will be much better than seeing her struggles with addiction and cheating sister and ex boyfriend.
So yes season 3 they are powering through her journey to BC. But I think that's the way to go. We haven't (most people) connected with any of the angst she has went through. But once she starts to actually save someone's life audience will adjust imo. So I am happy with her journey in season 3. I am not a huge fan of KC's acting. I find it melodramatic. But she gave some strong performances in episode 2, episode 3 hospital scene and episode 4 with Nyssa. Sadly she showed why I disliked Laurel again in episode 5. So for me the soon she becomes BC the better. I can't stand Laurel and angst. Also in season 4 I hope at last Oliver and Laurel will have a calm relationship. I am tired of their bickering. Both of them look like ass holes in their fighting scenes. SA and KC bring each other's acting down imo. KC has believable scenes with Tommy, Quentin, Sara, Nyssa and even Thea. SA is okay with almost everyone else. But when these two actors share screen space it's just void. Both are responsible for this mess we are in.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Nope. I still don't buy that Roy did it. There's just too many things that don't add up about the final scene of 3.05 and this promo doesn't do anything to clear them up. I remain very skeptical.

ReplyDeletethe new archer is Cupid.......I believe her story arc start next episode
ReplyDeleteOh gosh. Not here for Colton and his "acting" His facial expressions are just bad.
ReplyDeletecupid's blonde though isn't she?
ReplyDeletescratch that i just saw young mary from supernatural so wow she's an archer i didn't expect that so she's formidable
ReplyDeletethen leave don't bash
ReplyDeleteCupid's actually really tough and strong physically but is so very crazy.
ReplyDeletewow so she's going to be a force to be reckoned with huh that's cool but it's going to be hard seeing her completely insane and evil that is a bad combination
ReplyDeleteNow bashing is a problem? Funny tell that the the laurel bashers
ReplyDeleteI'm very much looking forward to this episode. Maybe with Roy having his own episode, they'll probably mention the whereabouts of Sin!!
ReplyDeleteI need this like right now!!
ReplyDeleteIf he doesn't remember completely it's because he was brainwashed or something. I think someone ordered him to do it, IF he did kill her, or it could just be dreams.

ReplyDeleteTell that to the Joker, Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, and so many more that I can't think of right now. It'll be fine.
ReplyDeleteThey should also leave. Not because I like Laurel a lot or anything, but because character fights are pointless and annoying.
ReplyDeletei wish if he did it, it would be interesting
ReplyDeleteI don´t think that was Roy but this is amazing!!! :D
ReplyDeletei agree, it's not roy. in one shot of the extended promo there's a woman who dressed like huntress and with bow and arrow(not crossbow).
ReplyDeleteI think Roy still has side effects of Mirakuru/antidote and he saw he killed Sara in his nightmare because he remembered blurry things about what happened in Seeing Red, but Roy thinks maybe he killed Sara because he doesn't know that he killed a cop.

ReplyDeleteThere has to be some twist like that. He is after all Roy Harper. Like Laurel Lance he is protected by his comic identity. He may stray from the path. But they will never make him irredeemable.
ReplyDeleteIt might not have nothing to do with Sara, it could be about the cop he killed last Season.

ReplyDeleteBashing people (yes shippers included) in general over fictional characters was/is/and always will be ridiculously stupid.
ReplyDeleteyup, slit his throat
ReplyDeleteI hope so. Nyssa is what I'm looking forward the most.
