Oh shit. I'm so excited and terrified for this one (which isn't new with the show this season but still). Love that May and Skye are working together to find Raina.

Hopefully we will find out what the city is called in this episode since they seem to locate it already (I was thinking they weren't going to tell us what the city is until the season finale so this is great). Still hoping it's Attilan! And yay to May and Skye teaming up to get Raina.

ReplyDeleteFor those wondering about who will be sacrificing their life, the press release says "uncovering secrets MAY require one of Coulson's team..." I think someone's life may be put into jeopardy (or at least it will look like their life is in jeopardy) but I don't think anyone will actually lose their life. On the other hand, they have Patton Oswalt back...maybe one of the brothers?
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see May/Skye pair up to get Raina. I love their scenes together this season! Is it just me or has May really opened herself up to the other people on her team this season? She was great last season but was really stiff and didn't really interact with anyone. Also, I love Raina as a recurring character! Hope S.H.I.E.L.D. gets to her before Whitehall.

ReplyDeletewell... i guess in s1 May just needed space and Coulson (and the others) allowed her to hide in her shell (aka the cockpit) but now she has Coulsons old job and has no other choice but to interact with everyone and i think she slowly realizes that thats not only a job but also a good thing for her

ReplyDeleteI agree. It wasn't a bad thing. It's just nice to see her be more open with the team this season. I love that she's training Skye. I hope to see a scene in the very near future where Skye and May team up against someone. That would be bad ass. Maybe that'll happen when they go after Raina.

ReplyDeleteYeah, i think the city is Attilian too.. which is located in the Himalayas, which isn't to far from the place in China that Skye was found as a baby. Like Skye said in episode 2x07: "It's all connected". Can't wait for this episode!
ReplyDeleteI agree. I don't want it to be Mack because he's pretty awesome and his friendship with Fitz has really made him appealing. But I fear there is a lot characters on the team right now and if someone is going to end up dying it will be one of the later additions. And since Lance seems to fill the cocky but sarcastic role (aka the Grant Ward of this season before Grant was a known traitor) and Bobbi is the kick ass new female addition. I see it potentially being Mack if someone does inevitably get killed. But it would break my heart especially for Fitz because they are good friends.

ReplyDeleteNot to mention given Trip is unfortunately incapiciated at the moment (I believe the writers confirmed in an EW interview he is alive), it dropped his chances of being the sacraficial lamb (If there is one apparently someone was supposed to die this week but didn't) like a stone.
