For those unfamiliar with the comic-series, Tolli adds this.
"Alexandria safe zone is basically this community on their way to DC. It's virtually untouched by the zombie apocalypse. Whenever they are traveling there is a gay couple named Aaron and Eric Who are scouts for ASZ. After seeing how Rick and his group do their stuff they eventually invite them to go to the safe zone with them. That is the gin property in Senoia. Shortly after that we are introduced to Negan. Once Rick and the company get there the place has electricity and everything like that from solar panels which are also at the filming location. When they get there Rick shaves his beard and everything. "
