    Stelena just works so much better as friends! :D
    It's amazing how far they've come, if you consider the messy post break-up fall-out.. I really like them the way they are now ;)

    It's really weird to say they work better as friends when we haven't seen them as anything else. I'd really like to know what your basis for comparison is, because we've never seen them in a relationship to know they're better as friends.

    Oh these two, always such a strong chemistry and bond. We all know it will take time, but we also know where this is is going after Steroline lol. Stefan and Elena belong together.

    i honestly don't know how they'll manage that. Elena just spent over two seasons declaring her powerful love for his brother. I don't see how after everything Elena has said and done that Stelena could be together again and Stefan have any level of confidence that she loves him more than his brother.

    I know this show thrives on leaps in logic, but that one would be too much.

    Not to mention she started to pay attention to Stefan just because she forgot Damon and if she wants him back it will be just because she'll want to have him and then steal him from Caroline. If this was the first storyline of the show in the first season I could be okay with it, seeing how the feelings evolve from wanting a guy to loving a guy. But in this case I don't even understand how a stelena shipper would be okay with this kind of storytelling. I hope they don't go there.

    Just let Stefan move on! Why won't they let Stefan just move on with his life? He told Elena back in Season 1 that he was not going to be able to stay in MF forever and he would have to leave after a few years and start over somewhere else.

    I totally agree. As a couple they never worked for me but I really enjoy them as friends; Caroline Dries' "soul friend" description was spot on IMO.

    this is so sad. Elena broke Stefan's heart and she just can't resist coming back to stomp on it.
    Elena doesn't deserve Stefan as a friend, and Stefan sure deserves a lot better than Caroline and having to put up with Delena. no wonder he wants to leave town.
    I'm a big Stefan fan but they just drove his character to a miserable dead end.

    This clip made me hate her more. I'm so mad at her, it's like every time i see her face now. Ugh..And Caroline does "the speeches" better Elena just so you know. On another note, i've actually always wanted to see Stefan's "system" since the beginning. But um, more like w/o being interrupted.
