Thanks to rhic for the heads up.
A previous article here stated that a webisode is coming. The article confirms that a webseries is indeed in the works and it stars Nathaniel Buzolic’s character, Kol, one of the Original vampires.

Yes, finally something about Kol.
ReplyDeleteYay!Kol finally is finally getting some attention!
ReplyDelete*fangirls* *cries*
ReplyDeleteWhy they haven't made him a regular on the show and found a way to bring him back from the dead is beyond me. A web series will do. For now.
Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! Kol (L)
ReplyDeleteKol! Woohoo!
ReplyDeleteI'm guessing this is going to explain his history with the witches.
Holy crap this is gonna be awesome. I've always thought a show focused on Kol's travels would be awesome, but this is pretty much the best we're going to get. Still wish he was on the actual show as a regular though, but might not be the end...
ReplyDeleteGood News ! but I hope this doesnt mean that he will not be in the actual show much....
ReplyDeletePlec has made plenty of stupid decisions but killing Kol off was one of the worst.
ReplyDeleteSince it's probably going to be flashbacks, I can't get any less excited. This (probably) means that Kol will get to have his own arc without any of the other characters making a huge impact. I've always been interested in him because he's a vampire who isn't scared to be a vampire, and I feel like following his journey through the centuries will be very refreshing in comparison.
ReplyDeleteHonestly, if they really had started planning spinoff after 3rd season of TVD and during season 4 it was quite obvious that Claire didn't want to involve in it for next few years, why didn't they kill Rebekah? That way she would have died before this whole 'I want to get sick and have a bunch of babies with Matt' madness began.
ReplyDeleteI don't want spinoff's spinoff. I want Kol as regular in The Oriignals.
ReplyDeleteYawn. The significance of this project probably just dropped to zero with this news.
