    but seriously...they should have kept her a werewolf because this is looking pretty non-threatening. I really don't want to say laughable.....ah what the hell it IS laughable.

    I submited the photo because it is somehow news, look at the fangs, they're smaller than usual TO fangs probably that's story related...or they had to give Phoebe smaller fangs so we could actually understand her

    Why does everyone hate on Hayley? I never liked her character in TVD, but she is so much better in TO. I really like her storyline. She is definitely better than Davina and especially Cami. I miss Rebekah tho :(

    I feel the opposite. I don't hate her in TO but she was a lot better in TVD. She had a personality and was three dimensional before Plec decided to turn her into another Mary Sue project in TO. I hated how they erased all the bad things she did in TVD especially because those mistakes made her character arc more interesting.
    IMO Rebekah and Davina are the best female characters. Cami got a lot better during the last episodes but I feel she is going to be another Caroline so I don't want to get too attached.

    She's a terrible character. Instead of fleshing out Hayley as a character they retconned her into being a special snowflake. I think pairing her with Elijah was a huge mistake - because he views her as some innocent victim who needs to be saved. Then they threw the werewolf queen storyline at her - which made things worse because Hayley is not a leader and she doesn't even know these people so they have no reason to follow her and now she's a hybrid (and the werewolves hate vampires and hybrids - which was obvious because they saw Klaus as being tainted by being a vampire and would rather die than be turned into hybrids) they should exile her.

    They have completely re-written her character from TVd days where she was much more interesting and in the beginning of TO,i liked how she stood up for herself but now she is becoming elena 1st whom everyone is starting to fall in love with or have an urge to protect when she doesn't need it.Adding that werewolf queen storyline made things worse.IMO-rebekah is the best character in TO,too bad she left.I like davina,she has a lot of potential.Cami was very dull and bland as a character at forst but then by the end,she kinda became tolerable and acceptable.

    I wish they would have done the Elijah/Hayley storyline with the real Hayley. The Hayley who was a tomboy, had a strong personality and was very flawed. It would have been a lot more interesting.
    Also I wouldn't have mind Hayley having to be a leader if there have been a real power struggle or if Hayley wouldn't had any idea how to rule these people. They made her transition to Queen Werewolf too fast and easy.
    I agree that she should get kicked out after getting her new hybrid status.

    But Elijah wouldn't be interested in her then. Elijah has to play the savior and if Hayley didn't act the way he expected her to he'd lose interest in her because he doesn't care about her as a person - he's just into trying to save her because she's the damsel in distress. Would Elijah have been into Hayley if they met on TVD before she banged Klaus? I honestly don't think he would have been.

    issue #1:


    inconsitency - Hayley started out as a untrustworthy bad girl, I was fine with that. She betrayed Tyler, played others and ultimately was 'such' a bad girl that she banged Klaus. I could have lived with that character. But she didn't stay this way. In TO she started out as a literally different person, the classic Elena-ish good girl with a snappy attitude. But THEN they changed her 180° and made her out to be the werewolf messiah with leadership qualities. At least we were told that she was a born leader. Jackson and Oliver were actually those concerned for the pack


    issue #2:


    the romantic lead: I'll never like shipper magnets. I didn't like the way Caroline was turned from a well written character into a piece of skin shippers could pull over to live their fantasies through. I didn't like the way Elena was turned into a codependant nutjob.
    And how did all these character changes start? With them being the center of many ships at the same time. It's annoying to see the same character have shipper pleasing scenes (such scenes don't have to be romantic, at times the classic "oh, he's opening up to her" moment is enough to make me puke)


    issue #3:


    the gruesome actress: She was terrible the moment she entered TVD, her accent was bad, her facial acting lacking and her pitch was off. Plus: no screenpresence whatsoever.
    I didn't agree with the Klaroliners bashing her over and over again but the acting aspect was something I will always agree on.
    At times she feels utterly uninterested, her 'big speech' in episode 17 was the worst example of line reading I have ever seen.
    Nothing against Phoebe as a person, I don't know her, I never will. But her acting is screaming "I need acting school"






    In conclusion: Hayley is the classic example of writers not knowing what to do and thus pushing a whole bunch of clichés into her to make her more likable. And as usual they go overboard with these abilities.
    It was the same with Klaus, first he was a solid villain, then he became stronger and more special and ultimately made me just bash my head against a wall.
    A STRONG character isn't physically strong or does have some sort of birthright (or is special through birth)

    A strong character has strong scenes, REAL flaws, learns, evolves and ultimately is an anchor for the audience.


    Hayley is just a case of "too much, too late"










    I know Klaroliners and other shippers will disagree with me but I like Cami, she has evolved, she has flaws and starts to learn the game these creatures play. And unlike Hayley she actually has a solid actress behind her.

    Keep Cami out of romantic subplots and turn her from a side player to a MAJOR player in the story, because unlike Hayley, Cami works as a lead to me. I can follow her, I feel for her, I understand her actions. Hayley on the other hand...nope

    I don't dare to question Elijahs feelings for Hayley because they look to be genuine.

    But let's face it: Elijah is a prop for Hayley, waiting to launch her to Klaus, because we all know: ships involving Klaus are always going to be #1 priority for the writers (Klaroline may not have happened the way some wanted but it got the focus people wanted)

    actually, in her defense (never thought I would defend THAT character) this might be a unedited scene. Some fangs have been enlarged in post production as have the vamp veins.

    BUT it'd be kind of funny if vampire fangs were the equivalent in length of their IQ

    Cami actually seems like a pretty decent and mature character compared to some other l know *cough* Caroline *cough* Hayley *cough*. And Leah is definitely a better actress than the other 2.

    lf people looked past their hatred they could really enjoy her. Not being Caroline is simply not good enough of a reason to hate her. She and Klaus share a connection which is believable, you can feel emotions l never felt with Klaroline but that's my personal opinion. Caroline/Klaus was just ridiculous and out of nowhere... no build up whatsoever; he treated her like air before suddenly deciding he fancied her.... and then they had their first time sex against a tree in the woods ( lol that really screamed epic love ) no comment....

    I like Leah Pipes,she is a great actress,but Cami is boring as character(i don't hate her).The lame bartender with the degree,the leader of the humans.Give me a break.It's more ridiculous for me,sorry.I prefer Caroline and Candice is great performance.No build up...3 seasons,really?She was with Tyler.Also i am sick to watch her and Klaus crying.How epic.She has really no purpose as a character.No comment...

    I think thats what Season 2 is about. Hayley is no longer pregnant which means that she's no longer "innocent" in Elijah's eyes. Cause lets be honest, Elijah's attraction to her came from his deep desire to have a family who cares about each other. Now that she's no longer pregnant and in a pissed off mood most of the time, Elijah would start to question his feelings.

    yes there was no build up... he barely noticed her until he decided to draw ponies for her that one time at a party.. LOL l meant his love came out of nowhere, whatever happened afterwards l guess could be described as build up... and the epic first time sex against a tree?? should l go on?

    Eitherway hopefully Cami will get better, i mean they should do that or erase her from a show but with all that Hayley focus l don't think she will get developed much

    I am sorry but you don't watch tvd carefully.He didn't loved her at the party or the first time he saw her.What is wrong about ponies?His house had ponies that night,so get over it.Attracted by her yes,but he loved her later.What is that thing with all the haters "his love came out of nowhere"?Love is not a logical explanation.Who said that the tree scene was epic???I am sure that none of the klaroline fans were happy about that scene.
    I would say that sex after 3 seasons is build up,but it could be better.Of course you are free to disagree.It's you right.But to call the ship rediculous when you are a klamille shipper,i think it's weird.Because Cami is not even close.Also Klaus noticed Cami in a party,because she is a bad copy of Caroline and it is sad because Leah is a good actress.I don't need to say about Hayley...

    I think Klaus is a painter and he made and a snowball for MF Christmas,so it's ok.Let me tell what is super weird for a spycho killer.A baby and a redemption.IMO.I didn't said everyone thinks it came out of nowhere,i said haters.Because it is clear that the majority loves the ship,unlike the minority.
    Actually i read klaroline fans and that tree scene was not what they expected.I am not talking about delusionals shippers,because every fandom has a lot of them.Hayley and Klaus are one night stand and people wants them together.What can i say.Cami is good but i enjoy Caroline's personality more.We have our opinions and it's great.

    I agree!! I like Cami way more than Hayley.
    At first i didn´t like her because when the series started i had the feeling that the only reason Cami is there was because they can't bring Caroline to TO permanently so they created a new blonde love interest for Klaus who "see's the good in people" just like Caroline.. and i already hated Klaroline.
    But when she found a way to send herself secret messages because she wouldn't take that shit from Klaus anymore i started to love her!
    I hope they never bring Klaus and Cami together.. i still can't get over the fact that Caroline slept with Klaus ... it made me want to vomit..
