  1. Bradley is right- SCORPION is the best show!

  2. I said How to Get Away With Murder is the best. CJ said Scorpion.

  3. CJ really needs to write the screenplay for that multi-show crossover and pitch it to a network.

  4. Absolutely and totally Scorpion is the best new. Love all about it, idea, light mood along with heartbreaking moments, characters (all of them, even director Merrick. Ha-ha), cases of the week (its fun to think and fun not to at the same time). My only wish is for the show to get thicker in respect of main characters backgrounds, recurring characters, clever and reach nemesis (maybe more then one, maybe secret organisation of some sort - I know, sounds like comics style but still... Sherlock had such ones why not them?). As for GAWM, like it, watch but becomesng too cynical for me latly - real world, ha! :) Will see where the show lands on my personal favorite tv show shelf.

  5. I do enjoy Scorpion. It has that light tone as you say and I love seeing that in a show. But HTGAWM for me, is a far better show. The acting is superb, the story is highly complex and just really, really good. But to each their own ;)

  6. Forever is the best new show!

  7. Scorpion is slightly better than How to Get Away with Murder and Forever, but they are all fantastic. The Flash is good too. Red Band Society, pre-love triangle, was great as well.

  8. Hey guys,

    It has been awhile.

About the new shows that you mentioned, I'm watching Scorpions (loving it), The Flash (loving it), Gotham (It's penguin's show, without him everything is very boring for me) and How to get away with Murder (like it, not loving it).

  9. Ha nice that CJ is back.
For the first time I disagree with all three of you guys (you probably never have noticed, but I don't get around to comment every time ;-)]. Ok tbh I only watched two pilots so far. The Falsh and Gotham. Although the Flash is very likeable, well balanced and coherent I find myself impatient to increase the pacing - getting to the well oiled team and storytelling [and Bradly that's why I still prefer Arrow]. Gotham has a much more complex world from the first second and I do enjoy it more - but introducing that many characters at the beginning is taking its toll. Character and relationship development is too slow. I actually like Bruce Wayne, but there is not enough time for Alfred and his relationship to develope faster aswell there is not enough space for Jim Gordon and Bullock.
Forever is high up on my list. Then maybe Scorpion, but I will check Constantine before that. Dunno why, but over time the trailers of HTGAWM have not sparked much interest to me, so it's lower on the list. But nothing is wowing me atm or making me want to watch more new shows.

  10. "Nice" depends on how you look at it ;)

I've had issues with Arrow so far this season. Two out of three episodes haven't hit the target (pun intended). The premiere was so full of stuff that there was a lot of underdeveloped storylines. Episode 3 wanted to be a Thea-centric episode and then just wasn't. The Flash has been great in all 3 episodes imo, hence why I consider it to be better so far.

HTGAWM is just fantastic. Really recommend trying it out. Forever and Scorpion are also fun shows.

  11. ;-) yeah it really depends. ;-)
mhhm I like the Arrow premier, especially because it was rather "quiet". But the episodal arcs always loose a bit of steam over time in general (atm disappointet at The Blacklist). And alhtough I love Olicity 3.1. kind took out that Elefant in the room that slowed down the story, now there is a new one but its not so overpowering.
My theories on who killed Sara and who's the big bad are going crazy at the moment. I thought that 3.3 was supposed to be Diggle Centric - although I was not disappointed I would have expected more. Arrows problem is that the concept is a one man show but the ensamble is more and more important and to fit them in properly is more difficult along the way then straight out from the beginning. I think they made more fuzz about Thea-Malcom scenes than they actually delivered.
Did you notice that on Corto it was the same weapons dealer who tried to get the earthquake prototype?

Maybe I'll bing watch HTGAWM in January.

  12. I've moved from the standpoint of 'I don't mind Olicity happening as long as it doesn't affect the other storylines' to 'I don't want Olicity to get focus'. It impacted the other storylines in the premiere. Which, isn't totally the fault of the Olicity storyline. They tried to include far, far too much for the balance they had. So Roy, for example, got like 3 lines.

I really don't know what 3.03 wanted to be. I think it wanted to be a Thea-centric episode, which it should have been. The Thea-Malcolm scenes weren't prominent enough imo. And was it? Pretty sure it wasn't.

I really recommend it. It's so good.

  13. Tastes are complicated.)) HTGAWM IS complex, indeed. Great performance from the cast, no argument here. :) But to add it's a bit too serialized for me. I mean I forget some clues from last week episodes for me being fully invested. :)

  14. I like it a lot! Great and intriguing story, cast is very good, yes. Hope it stays for long. Crossed fingers. :)

  15. Flash is good, yes. If I got it correctly they even mentioned "red blue blur", it's nice. :)

  16. Do not wanna Olicity conflict at all cause it's just irritating. I always saw them to have a sibling kinda bond, not that forced love thing (and seems love triangle in future) they called "love". Some feelings on Felicity's side were kinda cute and all that but Oliver's - with the character background and vibes didn't feel like true to the story. Another issue - imminent (it seems) fight between Thea and Olli, just plain hate it. Thea's struggle between her dad and brother is so overdramatic arc for me to really enjoy and support the characters. For example I like how in Agents of Shield similar theme played out for Skye and Grant - high tention but no melodrama for a whole season.
