    Seems like the show might benefit from him not getting out of it to me. Not so Fitz and Liv can be together mind you(I don't see Liv being in love with all that much anymore or in love with Jake either). Fitz and liv seem like they are trying to force it now.

    She might not be as in love with Fitz as she was before, but she is definitely still in major lust with him and probably some love. I don't think she was ever in love with Jake, but I do think she likes him, just not enough to give up Fitz.

    I'm fearing for Jake. Scott Foley is developing a new comedy with Shonda Rhimes called "To Max and Paige", he's the script-writer and co-producer with Shonda. I hope he can multitask.

    I hope you don't think this way in real life because only a sociopath would think that way "Seems like the show might benefit from him not getting out of it to me."

    That's one of the major problems we have with our justice system in the US! We have too many sociopaths playing god with their Police, DA & ADA badges. (Oh he was innocent? too late now his already been killed by way of government sanctioned lethal injection or its too bad he had to spend 29 years 11 months in prison for something he didn't do)


    I'm shocked at the lack of outrage from the public, when you read the story about the poor SOB who just spent 29 years 11 months in prison for something he did not do, the outrage should have happened but it didn't even when the public is made aware that the DA and the police in this case know he was innocent but hey the DA really didn't want to lose his case he wanted to keep his perfect record for the most conviction and so what if more than 90% of those convicted were innocent and the cops didn't want to screw up their arrest records.

    In my opinion there is only one type of cop that is good and that is a cop who carries an IA badge, but we don't have enough of them.

    oh crap.... I love that Shonda coming out with a new show. but bummed now if what you say is true..man.. I don't want him to leave Scandal... I actually like Jake and Liv together.. I guess I'm the only one that sees them as a couple

    he did it all wrong.. that's the problem... he didn't want to hurt Liv... by telling her yet again that her father killed her friend and killed a kid.. the preidesn't son...and that's his downfall in it all.. because Rowan doesn't have a soul... lol... he'll hurt his daughter or anyone else that get's in his way... and won't give it a second thought....the man has no conscience whats o ever... with the parents she has... I'm amazed she's not more missed up than she is already

    Hmmm it seems you don't know much about the US judicial system. We can't charge a person with one crime and convict of another because the court has to follow a little something called rules of evidence.

    Scott Foley is producing a comedy for Shonda. He will not be in the cast. People keep spreading the same false rumor. Scott Foley is the executive producer along with a partner of a comedy. I repeat Scott Foley is not starring in the comedy. Scott Foley is not leaving Scandal.
