    Charlotte at the end looks like if she just: a)Killed somebody b)Walked in on a dead body. I don't think she's the one dying anymore, but maybe she suicides? lol. Or maybe Daniel is dying?...

    Either Charlotte is going to die (which is likely since Christa B. Allen wasn't listed in the cast anymore starting at 4x07...if she's not in the 4x08 press release either I think that confirms it)

    Or she kills someone and maybe she turns to Emily with it or something

    i think David might take revenge on Nolan. At the end of the last episode he said something about trusting someone. Maybe he blames him for her dead.

    This. It seems pretty clear that David believes that Nolan stole the money that was supposed to go to Amanda and is set out to get him, which will probably result in Nolan having no choice but to spill the beans when David does go after him which then results in David doing something that could put his future with Amanda/Emily in danger.
