I've always liked Victoria as a villian, but now I want her in a freaking grave!! UGHHH! Literally SO annoying. If Emily doesn't meet David in the next episode, I'm gonna crash my TV...
That was one of the best episodes of the season! Even though Emily/David didn't reunite (pretty upset about that) Emily's reaction to her father being alive was heartbreaking.
Emily walking into that room and looking at the lineup of all those men and looking straight at her father after being apart from him for over 12 years, it was all emotional. Emily VanCamp's single tear broke my heart. So many feelings were rushing through my head in that scene. One thing I'm worried about is that will David remember his daughter when they finally reunite? 12 years is a long time to be apart from your family so we'll see.
And wow, Victoria stooped to a new low. That should have been Emily standing next to David during his speech and not her and Charlotte! :( Ugh, poor Emily. She will get her chance very soon.
Wonder what Louise's intentions are with Daniel (or any of the Graysons for that matter). Probably to try to ruin his relationship with Margaux and his ruin his life in the process.
Also can we all agree that Ben is one of the most annoying characters on this show, possibly any show? Holy moly, the way he kept on asking Jack questions every few seconds was bugging the shit out of me. I would love to see Jack kill him in the future episodes.
The scene when Emily sees David for the first time after all these years and all this craziness was absolutely emotional..Emily VanCamp diz a AMAZING job..
It was great! I truly enjoyed it. Emily VanCamp did an amazing job, truly. David may be forthcoming with Victoria, but at least he is catious so that's already something. Emily's desire for Revenge is reignited on that last scene when she realizes Victoria got to David first: now she can go for the full frontal attack instead of playing defensive!
I *almost* stopped watching when David started beating himself on the back. Thank goodness it was a con for the cops. Loved his telling Victoria that he remembered her saying "I'll take care of it." before his world disintegrated. It gives he hope that he's knows what's going on and they didn't bring him back as a gullible idiot. Wish I could trust that the writers had something nifty up their sleeve but their handling of Jack season before last makes it too easy for me to doubt them. But, David's little move in this ep gives me hope.
One thing I really hope they do NOT forget is Nolan's relationship to David.
Other than that...trying to figure out what the buxom rich chick is after. I'm beginning to think she was committed for good reason. :-)
Aaah yes, you're right. The Flight 197 bombing occurred in 1993 and David was set up and convicted as being a part of it. The last time David and Amanda were together was when the FBI came into his house and arrested him.
A very nice episode. Finnaly we saw Nestor Serrano, I love the darkness that his character shows. Ben is annoying... Charlotte is even more annoying. I love Louise, but I want to know what does she want with Daniel.
Dead @ People on twitter thinking David was really kidnapped by Conrad. Lmao. Good episode. I knew David wouldn't see Emily. Still a lot of questions to be answered by David.
For Emily to stand next to David during that press conference, she would have to finally admit to the entire world that she is Amanda Clarke, though I would agree that she should do it. The look between Victoria and Emily was great, but yeah it was messed up.
I hate how writters just keep delaying the reunion (wtf was last promo about anyway?). Emily could just ask Jack to talk with David, pretty sure that as a cop it wouldnt be a problem, right? Tho I should know better than to search for realism in this show.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
ladies and gentlemen ... the moment that we ALL waiting for from the beginning is finally here.

ReplyDeleteIt was really good! I mean, Emily VanCamp is one of the bests actress in television!
ReplyDeleteThat scene between David and Victoria at the precinct makes me think that he maybe running a long con on her. I hope so.
ReplyDeleteShe was SO good. Couldn't have done it better!

I agree. There's more to the lap-dog David that we've seen so far. After all, Emily shares his Reven-genes.

Good episode
Up there with one of the best episodes! Revenge at its best.

ReplyDeleteI haven't enjoyed this season as much as I thought I would. I hope things will pick up soon and that David ends this tideous duplicity game.
