How many characters on Revenge are murderers or attempted murderers now?.SAD..Charlotte has to go. How can Victoria profess love for David when she is setting him up to kill his own daughter.. I am guessing there is no where more to go with the Revenge storyline.. too silly imo.
I think David is going to capture Amanda and try to kill her and she going to prove herself by repeating that infinity times infinity to him. As far as charlotte Really. Victoria is pure evil there were times that I used to feel sorry for her.
This episode was ok. What I liked about it: - Daniel and Margaux worked as a team and finally resolved that sexual tension they've been building up since the beginning of season 3. - Gideon is out (at least for now). The actor playing him was really bad. - Charlotte' s reaction to the truth was appropriate -- Emily was awful to her in that respect. - Nolan continues to wear the most awesome outfits and sport the craziest hair. - We saw Ben (Jack's partner) semi-naked in the locker room again.
But there were a number of things I didn't love: - David was so easily manipulated by Victoria and acted like a lap dog -- one would've thought that after 20 years in hiding he had developed some character and become more perceptive. - Emily's disclosure to Charlotte about them being half-sisters fell emotionally flat. - Margaux's style continues to be appalling.
The episode was really great this week. I knew Charlotte was crazy, but this takes the cake. And Victoria won't learn will she? I can't wait until next week.
I have to say that Charlotte's 'discovering her boyfriend with another lover' scene was one of her all time worst performances. Happily that wasn't the case for the rest of the episode. It's felt a little like Emily lost braincells over the summer? There were several moments where she seemed surprised that Charlotte didn't greet the news with champagne and a hug. This is the second time TPTB have diminished their character's intelligence to serve plot. I hope that stops now. I'll wait and see with regard to David. Was hoping he wasn't going to fall for Victoria's lies. He should recognize his daughter when he sees her face to face, right?
Liked the end. Unexpected. Feel really bad for Jack and the fact that he's losing the bar.
I can't see how Victoria expects to get David to buy her lie about Emily...they'll have to work really really hard to get me to believe a father doesn't recognize his daughter. Not to mention the fact that David and Nolan were really close. Nolan would spell it out.
Your kidding right? She told David to go after Emily (his daughter) after they had reunited. David didnt even know she was imprisoned. She told him out of complete randomness and scheming. It wasnt becasue she was scared. She wants revenge against Emily. What better way to do it than being hurt or killed by her own father.
For me, this episode was a little eh. Suddenly Emily is telling Charlotte is Amanda. There wasn't any shock factor to Charlotte although her reaction felt appropriate. Now the only one from the core cast who doesn't know the truth is Daniel... I thought that David was more hardboiled, not unstable. I guess Emily takes after her father too. I so hope that they won't delay the moment between Emily and David much longer. The premise of this season was "What goes around, comes around" so I thought that Victoria was plotting revenge at the infirmary or what do you call it and take her down without revealing herself so soon.
I thought I would never say this but I miss the flash forward. We need a big moment to build towards to.
Well I guess someone inherited the crazy trait. Does Victoria really think she's going to get way with this? What does she think David will do when he finds out who Emily really is
After what charlotte pulled this week,if emily doesn't strangle her,i definitely will! How could david fall for victoria's manipulation so blatantly after all these of staying prison learning about life's hard truth!Guess he has learned nothing!Victoria,on the other hand, has stooped to a whole new level of low.Not that i'm complaining, but it's a little strange to see most of jack & ben's conversations in the locker room in a towel/shirtless with semi-naked cops roaming around the shower!LOL! They need to fire nolan's dress designer ASAP,they are horrible!Daniel was surprisingly tolerable this episode.Overall, pretty dramatic and fast-paced episode, definitely better than the lame season-opener!
Unless I missed something on last night episode. Charlotte hit Emily on the back of her head and put the bar on fire. Charlotte is crazy like her mother for certain. Then when Charlotte came out of the bar and a guy asked her if they were anyone else in the bar she said no. Is Emily going to die !!! I was so mad at Charlotte for doing that to Emily her own sister and then putting the bar on Fire wow. What a nutcase she is. I dont know how Emily will get out of the bar on fire or live. What do you think !!!
WAIT WUT. Everyone has said what I thought so I'll just add one think: has anyone found the song at the end of the episode? The same that was in the promo? I shamzam'd it but the thing couldn't find the song............
I really like this idea. It would be fitting since she talked about that to Nolan in last night's episode. And i have a feeling that in the end, Amanda and David will be united against Victoria...
I think there are two boxes; last year Victoria kept one and Nolan gave her a new one. Still, it wasn't handled very good, one has to remember from back then to notice
I hope so. Emily has to get her backbone from her father, given that her mother was such a mess . I wonder what happened to her mother by the way, that rubbish storyline was so poorly resolved.
LOVED IT. It wasm so crazy it was right! David and Victoria was everything i was expecting. Magaux and Daniel , yeah im in with them. One thing tho i neeed more Nolan, he is just in teh sides lines and i dont like that. And that cop is opushing too hard
Word on Charlotte. Her character has no use or purpose anymore. Granted, she has a right to her anger and hatred given what Emily has done to her family, but how big of a hypocrite is she? The girl harps on Emily for choosing Revenge over reuniting with her when she does the EXACT same thing by trying to kill Emily. Plus, has she met her own parents? Did she not see what they did to the real Emily Thorne when she pranced around as Amanda Clark? Dolt and a half!
She told him about Emily because eventually they're going to go back to the Hamptons and run into her, which Victoria can't let happen, otherwise David will discover the truth and possibly try to murder her. It's called survival. Victoria's a master at it.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
This episode was sooooooooo much better than the premiere, I wasn't expecting that ending at all.

ReplyDeleteCharlotte is turning into Victoria and Daniel already turned into Conrad
ReplyDeleteDid anybody else notice that Emily’s Revenge box magically reappeared even though Nolan built her a new high tech one last year?
ReplyDeleteVictoria's terrified of David. She only told him what he wanted to hear because she knows he's unstable and she was afraid he might kill her.
ReplyDeleteGood observation.

ReplyDeleteWhen she bought the Grayson Manor, she took the box with it.

I dislike cliffhangers
ReplyDeleteApparently it's called Up in Flames
ReplyDeleteby Sam Tinnesz feat Maggie Eckford
Thanks!!!!! made my day!
ReplyDeleteI bet David is playing Victoria, if he isn't then it would be lame

ReplyDeleteBoth charlottes parents have murdered someone. Victoria killed Helen Crowley & Aiden, David killed Conrad. So it's not out if her nature.
ReplyDeleteEmily will survive of course.
ReplyDeleteMe too!
ReplyDeleteLOVED IT. It wasm so crazy it was right! David and Victoria was everything i was expecting.
ReplyDeleteMagaux and Daniel , yeah im in with them.
One thing tho i neeed more Nolan, he is just in teh sides lines and i dont like that.
And that cop is opushing too hard
she doesnt lve him anymore, you could see it in her face.
ReplyDeleteHoly crap David Clark is a nimrod. No wonder it was so easy for Conrad to set him up as the fall guy.
ReplyDeleteWord on Charlotte. Her character has no use or purpose anymore. Granted, she has a right to her anger and hatred given what Emily has done to her family, but how big of a hypocrite is she? ReplyDeleteCharlotte has completed her transformation into mini-Victoria.
ReplyDeleteDavid is either playing Victoria, or the most gullible fool on the face of the planet. Let's hope for the latter.
You want him to turn out to be an idiot? :o
ReplyDeleteOops! Thanks for pointing out that little snafu. Gonna edit now. :)
