So terrible that it rates as cringe-worthy watching to make fun of how terrible it is. Plays like one of those ackward SNL sketches that are so awful and don't know when or how to end. It will probably get a decent Family Guy boost that is pure fiction.
John Mulaney is one of my favorite comedians...most of the jokes on the show are from his stand up routine. He is really funny, but I'm not sure how much of his routine can be transferred to TV. The Pilot wasn't horrible...buuuuuut it needs some work.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
"Mulaney" has re-invented bad Television. 1980's after-midnight cable TV on Network television!
ReplyDeleteThat was awful. How did that show get past the pilot stage and onto TV?

ReplyDeleteWell that is even more shocking then because it was described to them and they gave it a series order based on that crap.
ReplyDeleteI love John Mulaney but seriously it was painful to watch... I couldn't finish the episode.
