    This was the only sitcom I thought looked funny from the early pilot season promos and I liked what I saw in the full pilot!


    Loved Ken Howard as a basketball coach... Go figure!
    Showing my age, but loved The White shadow!
    Who knew Salami would grow up to be one of the best directors out there? XD
    I digress....


    The Ritter genes are strong in this one!
    It seems like comedy comes very naturally to him! Thanks, dad!


    Have to see how it progresses, but I liked the pilot enough to keep watching more episodes. Surprisingly, Black-ish is the only other freshman sitcom to achieve that!

    Thank goodness for DVR because I just watched it an hour ago (even though I saw a screener of it over the summer). It was actually really good. I loved The Good Wife references and the mom and Ronnie are the best things about the show. If the quality holds up and the ratings are respectable, it better get a full season.

    I didn't think the pilot was all that good, but I will give it an episode or 3 to see what becomes of this as the characters settle and the pace becomes established. I love Laurie Metcalf so its got to get better.
