I had to pause the episode a couple of times because I was laughing so hard at Duke speaking nonsense especially "Bunny bunny bunny bunny rabbit" and then when he tried to write down what he wanted to say "delicious taco" LOL seriously this episode made up for all the crying the first two episodes caused. I hope they don't start with the love triangle again and just make Duke and Audrey close friends, and I disagree with what Mara said that Duke is only helping for Audrey's sake, I know she was manipulating Nathan and taking advantage of the fact that Duke can't defend himself but it bothered me that Nathan believed her, Duke helped them a lot without wanting something in return. I had a feeling Mara was lying and she can't cure the troubles that's a shame, but in the same time if she can cure the troubles what are they gonna do for the rest of the series lol it was so funny when they asked Dwight if he loves Audrey "NO there are already too many people there" lol, and I loved that last scene with the boys talking to Audrey it was so sweet and sad and hopeful in the same time, it's amazing how Emily switches from Mara to Audrey in a second. I wonder what is causing Vince and Dave's time loss, whatever came from the other side is clearly very powerful and scary.
I believe Audrey is trapped on the side where Dave came from and this time erasing creature. Mara is clearly playing mind games with them, she knew they wouldn't let her go so what better way then pretend Audrey is in the house lol. I believe Veronica will be introduced towards the first half of the season finale and she might be the key in helping bring back Audrey.
The storytelling has been really good and keeping my interest. I really like all the mystery surrounding Dave's storyline, and how Vince plays into that. I like Mara, since she's so different from all of the past personalities. I also like getting more peeks at Audrey coming back out of her Mara shell again. Although, I'm a little disappointed that after Nathan and Duke, it wasn't Vince (and maybe Dave too) that Audrey "comes out" to, since I've always thought they were closer to her, than the two to three times she's interacted with Dwight. Actually, I think Audrey interacts with Andy(?), that recurring cop at the front desk and sometimes at crime scenes, more than I've seen her interacting with Dwight. Nitpicking aside, I enjoyed this episode. The pacing was good, the case(s) was interesting, Duke's nonsense speaking was fun. I look forward to seeing more pieces of the show's overall storyline.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
I loved it! finally more audrey, all the boys working together. The trouble was clever but evil.
