I'm looking forward to it! I liked the episode. Some intriguing storylines being set up for the season here, and Kate's interaction with the team was fun to watch (a really nice breather from the intense creepiness of the case. Yeow!). I'll expand more when I see your review, though :).
I like how quickly Kate fit into the team. I also like that she brought some levity with her and Garcia talking cute animal videos. Can't believe Reid of all people had to bring these two back to point. Speaking of Reid, please tell me it was his scar that was bothering him and not some kind of tick that's an indicator of stress or instability. Please tell me the talk Kate and JJ had regarding some people losing the genetic lottery is not foreshadowing regarding Reid. Please?
I think it was just the physical effects from being shot that were bothering him there, yeah. And from what I've read elsewhere, nothing seems to indicate them going the "losing the genetic lottery" route with Reid-in fact, I'd read that they're hoping to get Jane Lynch back again for a good storyline someday, so I'd say that's a positive sign right there. If anything, that discussion between JJ and Kate made me start worrying about Henry.
It was awesome Jennifer Love Hewitt fit well with the cast can't wait to know more about her character it's look like the ending going to be the big mystery for the season can't to see how it's plays out
i really did enjoy it. JLH fit right in and i liked the mysterious around her! I'm reeeeaally excited for this season, in which hasn't happened for a while now with Criminal Minds...
JLH did fit in the cast really quickly, but I dunno i'm still on the fence about her. They all seem so cerebral and she's very jokey/ with a hint of cerebral. All past profilers have been very cerebral in the past so I find her odd.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Stay tuned for my review!

ReplyDeleteJLH made a surprisingly smooth transition into the group. The show perked up a bit.
