for some reason i cant get over the fact that narcisse paid caroline to trick francis. i mean thats just INSANE!!!! how on earth did she even know what to say!! she definitely is a good liar
ReplyDeleteNarcisse has been behind Caroline all along
ReplyDeleteOh my, I knew he's awesome, but that's just insane.
Can someone explain again how Narcisse knew? I knew Francis' secret wasn't going to stay a secret for long.
ReplyDeleteHe had his suspicions so he had Montgomery, the man that Francis framed for killing his father in last season's disaster of a joust competition, under his watch thus he knew. He hired Caroline to pose as a lunatic nanny feeling possessed by a faux spirit of crazy no-pants Henry to milk out the truth from Francis. Once he got confirmation from the boy-king himself, Narcisse used it as leverage to get Francis to do his bidding.
ReplyDeleteThat and threatening Mary.
Definitely because he had Montgomery and also Narcisse knew about Francis' attempted uprising. While killing Henry is out of character for Francis, I'm betting it's absolutely the sort of thing that Narcisse would do - so easy for him to put 2 and 2 together...
ReplyDeletewhen Caroline sat on the kings throne and was hustled away Narcisse was very interested. I think he made it up about Caroline working for him, he hustled her out of there so Francis could not talk to her. I don think he has Montgomery either, again something to say to get Francis believing him, Francis should have slain him right then and there, bit...there would not be cotinueing storyline would there.
