definitely the Callie & Meredith scenes! they were all awesome!
ReplyDeleteMy vote goes to Callie and Meridith doing some shots! The only thing missing out of that scene was Cristina coming in and joining them....damn,i miss her.
ReplyDeleteThis was the worst episode this year. Why not give Callie and Arizona their own show? So that us folks that don't care for them can choose to tune in or not. As it stands right now, I have to be mindful of epi pre synopses in order to avoid them....or at least be forewarned. I remember when they weren't soo annoying as a couple and I enjoyed seeing them on screen. Arizona at one point over the years was my favorite character.....right now I am happy to never see them on screen again on the show.
ReplyDeleteAlex standing up for himself and putting Arizona on her place was the only thing worth watching on this episode.
ReplyDeleteOld school greys...... Shots in the bar..... Shonda hello.... The fans are speaking!!!!! Shots!!! Dancing!!! Bring back the roots like 75%. New stuff 25%.
ReplyDeleteI can't stand the character of Arizona anymore. Cringe worthy!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI am with you, but to be fair Callie is just as bad. Does she ever have a scene any more where she is not loosing it? Crying, boozing, obsessing, neurotic, jealous, fearful... Its just too much.
ReplyDeleteI took Callie and Arizona breaking the ruels on the 29th day because that scene represents everything that is wrong in their relationship. Love and passion was never the issue. That still exists. Their problems lie on a much deeper level. It really shows that Calzona still has the passion for each other but they can't go on with their relationship because of the things that happened to them.
ReplyDeleteCalzona just had so many issues. Even after this episode, none of them were really resolved. They were acknowledged at the beginning but instead of digging deeper and did the exact same thing theye always do and that is not communicating with each other.
ReplyDeleteI like them as individuals but as a couple, they just grew up. I'm glad they are over.
I have to admit, I'm not missing Cristina as much as I thought I would. I'm kinda surprising myself typing out this comment but it's true. It's been a while since I felt this excited about the show.
ReplyDeleteI lost it when Meredith started that vagina song.
ReplyDeleteI think they are putting more emphasis on the original cast. Meredith and Derek have marital issues, Bailey is a board member now, Richard is part of Maggie's storyline and Alex is becoming Mer's person and Head of Peds.
ReplyDeleteIt just feels like they're being sidelined because there has been an unusual amount of character-centric episodes so far; They're usually spread throughout a season instead of airing all at once.
omg me too! My worst nightmare was Shonda overlooking their differences and getting them back together. Nothing was ever resolved but Shonda and the writers just kept plugging away like nothing was wrong, yet everything was wrong....
ReplyDeleteI'm glad they are over too and look forward to see what lies ahead for them individually.
And I'm missing Cristina more than i thought i would, lol!!
