Thanks to Ben for the heads up.

It’s official: Parenthood‘s farewell season will feature a visit from Mr. Mark Cyr.

Jason Ritter will reprise his character — a former lover of one Sarah Braverman — in Episode 9 of the sixth season, TVLine has confirmed.

But does that mean a Sarah-Mark reunion is in the cards? Mark did, after all, reveal that he’s engaged during his last visit to Berkeley in Season 5. (Not to mention, Sarah is currently with Ray Romano’s Hank.)

    I like Ray Romano. He plays a good adult on the Autism spectrum. But I don't like his Hank as Sarah's love interest. I hope Jason Ritter, returning as Mark, does break this up, even if it's only used as a catalyst.
