So not a fan of Jared's acting here. He is a bit to big for these kind of scenes, at least that vibe I'm getting. But loved Robert though! Quite well played, insightful! Thumbs up!
They really need Henry to have friends his age this suppose to be a family show so they need more kids on this show so bring back Hansel and Greta Grace introduce Brave characters Merida and her twin brothers and let him have his own group instead of him having to hang around with his moms and grandparents
Nah, I'm glad it was deleted honestly. It just would of felt so awkward him wanting fake memories, and would of made him pretty weak. Yes I understand regina not wanting to deal with him for a little kid, can bother any child incredibly, but this would be so desperate, and completely ignore what he has. Leaving it out and making him go straight to regina demanding not go give up on her was a better choice.
I'm glad they cut this. The acting's great as always, but Henry's reaction was just too over the top and it would have disrupted the flow of his story in this episode in my opinion. It worked much better with only the Granny's scene of him being angry and disappointed with Regina, Emma explaining things from Regina's perspective and Henry then understanding it at the end, before he went to see Regina.
Really great acting from Robert and it's nice to see a scene with just the two of them but i'm glad they cut this, a story line like that with Henry would just annoy me.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

ReplyDeleteThey were right to delete this scene. The kid is allowed to have issues, but this was just too bratty and out of character for Henry.
ReplyDeleteI agree. It's too extreme of a reaction just because his mom needs space. If she had died, I would get it, but not because she is "being a jerk."
ReplyDeleteCan't understand, why this this beautiful scene is a deleted. Once more you can see the true heart from Rumplestilskin/Mr.Gold.
ReplyDeleteGreat scene!
ReplyDeleteHenry ROCKS!
ReplyDeleteHe's confuse and sad, you can't blame him. Love deleted scenes usually have to wait for DVD to come out!
ReplyDeleteLuv Henry!

ReplyDeletesuch a shame... a good and important scene that got deleted...
ReplyDeleteI agree one hundred percent! But Adam Horowitz DID officially pronounce it canon so at least there's that.
ReplyDeleteYup! As I said somewhere else, at least it's still canon. But I do hope that Rumple and Henry continue to develop their relationship ON screen.
