I get the time thingie, but they could have cut some other parts. Like for example the CS champagne scene - I love CS, but I think this scene was more meaningful... Or they could have left all the scene, just make them shorter...
Where did this come from? Will this be a regular thing?I hope so,it'll be fun to get deleted scenes so close to an episode. And such a nice scene as well.
That champagne scene was part of a bigger scene so it might have felt odd odd without it, plus it would be strange if they didn't address how weird things are between Hook & Emma since they've set that up already.
I would have much preferred this scene instead the Hook/Emma one though, they could have cut a few of those power plant scenes though although they pretty enjoyable :)
I think it probably has to do with where the focus is on each episode. This time they focused on Emma and Elsa,Emma and Hook and so on.Snow and Regina/Henry had secondary story lines this week. It would have been nice for this scene to be in the actual episode, for sure, but I'm just glad we got it without having to wait for the DVD.
Why would they not put this is in??? It's relevant, and it gives us more insight as to how the Regina/Snow relationship still stands. Instead, they gave an episode that only had twenty seconds of both Rumple AND Regina, who are MAINS???
Should have kept it in, maybe this would have woken me up a little.
That scene was so good! Why in earth would u delete this scene? This doesn't make sense. The only thing i'm getting here is the poor work done in the editing room!
Yeah, but the power out was also part of the episode... I don't know, if they would have wanted this scene in, they would have found the space. True - about sharing - I hope they'll continue sharing these kinds of stuff. (I also loved the Good Morning Storybrooke)
I particularly think Henry going to his mum at the end was much more then putting this scene in! It had to be Henry finding his mum because Charming's speech at the end made so much sense and the visualisation of them and then Henry realizing he needs to finds Regina. So i think its better they left this scene out.
I think I've never been so angry about a scene beeing cut.....! This was perfect! so many boring moments of this ep could have been cut instead of this one. Frankly, the editing for this ep was aweful, first they cut the Emma/Henry hug then this?! Yeah maybe they wanted to make the Henry/Regina scene more powerfull but still...... To cut such a lovely scene with some serious character development between 2 of the 3 main ladies.... What an aweful decision
It makes me so angry that they cut this. There is way too little attention devoted to the Snow and Regina relationship as it is and this was such a great, meaningful scene and yet it's cut. They could have cut so many other things short to find the time to include this. Some of the Hook stuff or some of the flashback stuff could have so easily been kept or cut shorter to make room for an important scene like this. The Snow scenes about the electricity wouldn't have felt quiet as choppy if they'd kept this too and I don't think this scene took away from the powerful Regian and Henry scene at the end at all.
This was a great scene. Too bad it was deleted. I've been wanting to see more Snow and Regina scenes. Their relationship was the core of the curse, and what began everything. I hope the show finds time to give these two more time to have meaningful conversations like this, to grow their relationship, and help themselves develop more as individual characters as well.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

"I am not running a parent seminar, figure it out" Ahhh love sassy Regina

Omg, it's such a great scene, why did they leave it? Regina/Snow chemistry is fantastic.

Yeah, I get what you are saying, that's why I put the second option. Cut all scenes a bit and it would have fit...

I personally think seeing Regina at the end with Henry was more impactful.... what Charming said led to Henry finding his mum.
ReplyDeletei dont get y it was removed. it made sense to keep it

ReplyDeleteAdam said on twitter - not having this scene in the episode was impactful at the end which i assume is Henry going to his mother...
