A mother has launched a petition to get Toys R Us to remove Breaking Bad action figures from sale.
Susan Myers said the three dolls based on characters from the TV series are a "dangerous deviation from their family values".
The show is about Walter White, a chemistry teacher who turns to a life of crime selling drugs after being diagnosed with cancer.
One of the action figures, of White, was listed as coming with a bag of cash and a bag of crystal meth.

While I have no problem with the dolls themselves, it is really weird that they're being sold at Toys R US.
ReplyDeleteSo Gareth and rotting human carcass would be described as "dangerous deviation from family cuisine".
ReplyDeletePfff...
ReplyDeleteAgreed. There's definitely not an issue with collector's figures such as this, but why sell items from an adult show at Toys R Us? I've seen a few different Walt figures at F.Y.E., and it totally belongs there. But at Toys R Us? Definitely not the place for this.
ReplyDeleteWhile I don't agree with her attempt to have the toy banned, I can understand her predicament.
I like her similar her name is to that of Susan Mayer from Desperate Housewives.
ReplyDeleteBrandon launches petition to ban mother who launches petition to get Breaking Bad dolls banned. Hahaha.
ReplyDeletewhy would this lady's children know anything bout Breaking Bad?...do u think her kids would stop her in ToysR Us and say "Mom, can we have the BB Dolls...we Love that show"...i dont think so...
ReplyDeletethey sold nightmare on elm street crap.... that's no different... this lady needs to get a life...
ReplyDeleteThat's still odd. Should they be banned no, but why would you sell them in Toys R Us? How many adults actively seek out Toys R Us for Breaking Bad dolls? Because kids wouldn't buy them.
