This episode opens with Tensley getting in a head on collision with another drunk driver. Amaro arrives to the scene and the two girls were fighting over who was at fault. When the officers tried to break - up the fight Tensley tells Amaro "Do you know who I am?" Of course Amaro didn't care, he just asked for her drivers license and registration. After which, he saw that the other driver passed out, then Tensley took drover off while Amaro had his back turned.  Amaro followed Tensley and arrested her for a hit and run and for a probation violation.  Tensley was taken into court where she said that Amaro had sexually assaulted her when Amaro arrested Tensley at the scene. Poor Amaro, he can't catch a break, but in this case Amaro got lucky do to the dashboard camera. The camera caught everything that night and proved that Tensley was lying and so Tensley went back on her statement.

There was a reason why Tensley left rehab suddenly. She claimed that department director was making advances towards her, and she didn't want to report him because he would just turn it around and say it was her fault. So Benson told Rollins and Carisi to check it out. When Rollins and Carisi got to the rehab center and talked to the department director about why Tensley left so suddenly he had a different story. He said that with patients that had been sexually assaulted at a young age, they tend to forward their feelings onto someone else. The doctor also mentioned that he behaved professionally towards her and even offered the detectives the video tapes of each session. Although he did have some damaging information to share about Tensley. She recently had an incident with her roommate's 15 year old son. However when the detectives questioned the boy about what happened that day he said "it was the coolest thing that ever happened to him". It was pretty funny because the kid didn't want to press charges and ruin the experience. In the end, he really didn't have a choice in the matter, Tensley broke the law by having oral sex with someone under the age of 18.

Tensley was once again brought into court with the same judge that she had in the past, where Tensley used the insanity defence. When the judge ordered Tensley to be evaluated by a doctor, and she was fit for trial. However the doctor took Benson aside and told her that in her experience there is a thin line between victim and victimizer. She told Benson to look deeper into Tensley’s background because something’s not right. Benson found out that when Tensley was 13 years old, she was at a pool party in the east Hamptons hosted by a movie producer Adam Brubeck. He gave Tensley a drink, took her into his bedroom and told Tensley if she did what he wanted he’ll give her a role in his next movie, and it worked. After that Tensley got used to doing sexual favors for movie roles, rather it was for Adam or his friends. The sad part, when Tensley was told Benson and Rollins about everything what happened to her, she was like ice, as if they did nothing wrong.

The detectives decided to go after Brubeck full force. Even though the statute of limitation ran out on Tensley's abuse, they were determined to find something on him. They found out that Brubeck was having a pool party for a new movie that he was currently casting. Rollins, Amaro and Carisi joined the party. There was nothing illegal going on at that party, but they knew that they still needed to do some more digging if they where going to get this guy. Rollins was able to track down a trail of child stars that worked with Tensley that also where under Brubeck’s spell. There were two girls that nailed him. The was in Los Angeles, Amber Forbes, she drowned in a hot tub, while giving Adam oral sex. Her system was filled with drugs and alcohol, he forced Tensley and Amber to do oral sex on him under the water while Brubeck held Amber's and Tensley's head under water. Tensley was used to it, and was able to hold her breath,  but Amber was young and inexperienced. Brubeck just went too far that night and Amber died. Charges were never brought on him because there were no witnesses to the event and there was no evidence. Once again he got away with murder.

It seemed liked Brubeck knew just how to get away with statutory rape. Each state has different laws, so Brubeck would travel to these states that the age of consent was 16 years old.  But Barba found a loophole, a few years back Brubeck made a big mistake! He made up a fake script, flew to Canada, held an audition in his hotel suite with a 16 year old girl and told her "If you do everything I want, I will make you a star". Like most girls she believed him and spent the night with Brubeck, but he never made her a star.

This episode touched on a important subject, that has been going on for decades. Girls doing whatever it takes to become a star and movie producers taking advantage their innocence.
