    I don't think for a second that Cruz was drinking but if it is his fault for some other reason this is gonna be terrible.

    I think he simply lost focus for a split second, there's no way he was drunk. If he was then he would be fired on the spot, and we know from Joe that Cruz is not going anywhere.
