"The Time of Our Lives" -- A murder investigation launches Castle into what seems to be an alternate universe where he's never met Kate Beckett. I'd like to know how these are connected but excited!
ReplyDeleteAlright Jim Beckett is going to be there!
ReplyDeleteOkay, granted i haven't seen the last nights episode but so far this season it all feels like fluff .Yeah, its his backstory and I watch for Nathan Fillion & the boys but i feel like they are just wasting time and episodes until they get married.Honestly i couldn't care less if they married,i've gotten to the point where i wish they didn't..........rant over. :P
ReplyDeleteGreat to have confirmation abt Jim Beckett.
ReplyDeleteGahhhhh this is finally happening! XDXDXD
If its a universe where they never met, how come Captain Montgomery didnt come back? Its generally castle's fault for starting the sequence of events that led to his death.
ReplyDeleteNot Really. JB murder arc would still be opened because the dirty cop Montgomery was involved with: Raglan, came forward in 3.13 himself. Castle had nth to do with that.
ReplyDeleteWho knows maybe he did retire, there are so many things in this ep that can be awkward from the past episodes but from what i see and understand castle somehow gets in this AU and it takes place in present time and whatever is going on is a mystery what happends without castle being at the precinct.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry, but this is really confusing me. Does Castle get hit in the head and when he wakes up he quickly realizes it's not his world, but he has to solve the crime to REALLY wake up?
ReplyDeleteOr is he simply just daydreaming?
I hope that this wedding doesn't happen in the last two minutes of the episode... because this season has been somewhat so disappointing in regards of Caskett.
ReplyDeleteexactly what I was gonna say...Raglan was about to die of cancer or something, felt the weight of his actions and decided to confess to Castle. that set things in motion and ended in the death of Montgomery.
ReplyDeleteI couldn´t agree more with everything you said, so I´ll save my words:)
ReplyDeleteI am so confused. Is he getting amnesia again or something?????
ReplyDeleteI'm glad to see the AU is gna be used to make them realise that they don't want to wait anymore, the promo didn't really make it clear that the AU and the wedding are different and not the same thing I'm glad this makes it more clear that the wedding happens once he gets out of the AU, as for Becketts Dad being in the episode that gives me more hope the wedding will be longer than a 2 minute bookend as it feels like they wouldn't bother bringing him in if it was only gna be a couple minutes and he'd them only appear for like 30 seconds
ReplyDeleteNo, the episode just centers around a 'what if' situation.
ReplyDeleteThat's what I initially thought before I read the press release. I'm not even going to speculate now xD
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't clearly state how he winds up in an alternate universe, whether he is daydreaming or somehow injures his head.
ReplyDelete5 episodes and you got more intimacy between them then prob the whole first half of s6 and you say its dissppointing lol O_o?

ReplyDelete👏👏👏
ReplyDeletewhat intimacy? in episode 1 Kate was super pissed at Castle, in 2, she made a few steps... 3 was a blessing from the Gods indeed (probably the only one). In number 4 they probably spent 5 minutes together at all and last night's was a solid case, but barely any romance.... and yeah, they are getting a bit more than whole S6, but only because s6 and s5 were a huge waste of potential in the caskett department.
ReplyDeletedefintley sounds like castle hits his head, during that dive we seen in the preview.
ReplyDeleteIt would be something to see on whether or not Castle just might get back his memories back from months ago...As for the wedding I don't care what type of ceremony, just as long they are married...
ReplyDeleteAlternate Universe..like in Fringe or Lost? Seriously? So if Castle is going to earn the trust and love from the Alternate-Kate/Javi/Ryan, what happens to their original versions from his original universe? Or is he going to find means to travel back to his original universe and then ask Original-Kate to the alter? Confused!
