Arrow & The Flash - Stephen Amell & Grant Gustin Tease the Crossover with IGN

Thanks to SHIELDNCISArrowfan for the heads up.

It’s been said that a really big moment will occur for Oliver Queen / Arrow during the crossover storyline, but specifically on The Flash episode of the storyline. Asked about this, Amell nodded and revealed, “It’s my idea. I can’t tell you anything about it other than it relates to Central City.

“Central City and Starling City are very different places,” Amell noted. “When I go to Central City, it’s very much ‘All right, I’ll tag along, we’ll do things your way.’ And then, the very next night, in our episode it’s, ‘I’m sorry, we’re not in Central City anymore. We’re doing things my way. Things are different here.’ So it’s a really interesting checkpoint for both shows because we’re able to teach these big lessons to the characters. So hopefully Oliver comes out of his trip to Central City having learned something and [Barry] comes out of his trip to Starling City having learned something as well.”

  2. I'm seeing speculation that Oliver will see his baby mama in CC bc the actress was recently in Vancouver around the same time the crossover ep was filmed. Ughhhhhhhh -_-

  3. It could mean anything about what he says relating to central city

  4. I'm so ready for this crossover it's not even funny. I loved this article and I can't wait to see Diggle's reaction. Haha

  5. Looks like Oliver will have at least a run in with his child or baby mama. I wanted that to happen in coming seasons. I hope they only tease it and then go back to it few seasons later.

  6. i still wish it was a literal 2 hour event on the same night from 8:00 to 10:00 but i'm still ecstatic about this crossover WHOOOO!!!

  7. I whish they would leave this show in its own universe! It just doesn't fit in the dark themed atmosphere that Arrow resides in.

  8. I can't see this as a big moment and I can't see this as Stephen Amell's idea. I think it's just a coincidence that the same actress is now in Vancouver. It's a big city with many shows and movies filmed at once. The moment probably has something to do with Oliie's transition from the Arrow to Green Arrow.

  9. Really? I feel like one baby/kid at a any given moment is enough (maybe more than enough) for a show like Arrow. And we've got Diggle's kid. I hope those speculations are wrong.

  11. In SDCC SA said that he gave an idea to the producers about how Oliver will meet with his kid and baby mama again when it happens and Guggenheim came back to him pitching the same idea. That's when he say his idea is being played out on the screen along with the scene being in central city the speculation came up. It might be a small run in and then the they will take this up in later seasons.
