Love it! I just thought it was funny how all the credit card machines were down and then the gas pump got approved lol. This show keeps getting better and better.
The team is together now! Pure awesomess. I wonder where Dutch, who is not in the book, will fit into all of this; it's good to see a relatively strong supporting female - too much testerone in the book.
Really enjoyed the episode - just trying to overlook the coincidence of the hacker girl being in the exact same gas station/quick shop at the very moment the team ran in. But if I can roll with vampires taking over New York and zombies taking over Georgia and beyond, then I can handle an absurd coincidence to get everyone together. Was a great moment when Fet introduced himself and shook hands in the garage.
That was the way The Walking Dead ( don't get me wrong---I love The Walking Dead but hate that they are not given a bigger budget to work with) would look with a bigger budget and better cinematography.
Effffff needs to die, spicy-latina needs to grow some ladyballs or die, hobbit dude died...meh. Old Jewish dude was badass and Russian pest control dude was also badass, and now he knows the rules!! They need to get together and just use Efffff and Nora as bate (along with 'hacker chick').
It's a little confusing at times... one minute their calling it a virus... the next a parasitic worm... It's neither... the worm is an organism that rewrites genetic code. and replicates it's self.....Carrying the DNA of the master. This episode was all about getting the band together. Bit of a stretch to think "hacker chick" was going to be at the quick stop the same time as the others or that Dr. Nora who didn't know how to hold a gun is making head shots at 30 yrds. That being said it's fun and the "jew" & "exterminator" make it worth watching.
I bought it from google play ... but I haven't started reading it yet.. don't know if I wanna now... after reading game of thrones... and knowing what happens there..... I think I'll wait a while before reading.. it
Not my favorite episode, it was a little too much of a bottle show for me. But lots of great action. Love Kevin Durand (have since the first thing I saw him in) I absolutely loved his character's reaction to the whole thing. "So what are the rules?" Wonder how refreshing that was for Setrakian? Was surprised at how good a show Eph turned out to be.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Terrific.
