    I wish Liv and Jake's happiness could last. I love them together so much and she should be with him on the beach, not back in Washington.

    Poor Mellie. She should leave Fitz and go be with Andrew. He's a far better man than Fitz will ever be. And once again, both she and Liv deserve better.

    The title makes sense now and is even more awesome.

    Did we watch the same show? Olivia and Jake are not happy. She is pretending to have moved on but she is obviously not into him. Jake is really pathetic to hang onto a woman who really does not want him. The problem is Scott Foley and Kerry Washington have zero sexual chemistry - as Huffington Post said they have as much heat as a pair of J Crew mannequins.
    I'm glad to see Fitz being presidential and Cyrus back to being Chief of Staff. As for Mellie, I'm sick of her pity party. She needs to leave Fitz and get a life and stop whining.
    The scenes with Huck were hilarious. Finally Quinn is back to OPA and not acting crazy.

    Have to go with Lee on the Jake/Olivia pair - I feel awkward when I see them together. I don't think they are happy at all - I think (like Rayna/Luke/Deacon) Olivia made the safe choice.
    I loved seeing Mellie in her grunge apparel. They still couldn't make her look bad, gorgeous as ever. How has the world not yet caught on that the first lady is rocking Uggs and what has to be the world's worst robe/kimono (still working on that). I love your 1976 line ... you're too f'n awesome.
    Cyrus, just because your husband is dead does not mean you have to finish off his hair products.
    Quinn is sane again ... ok, we'll just call it a phase and move on. If the licking starts back up I may have to post a strongly worded tweet.
    Fitz, I actually didn't care about you at all in this episode ... other than to wonder how many times you can cheat death.
    Abby, WTF is the matter with you. David wasn't there for you ... Olivia left you ... time to try on those big girl panties and stop blaming everyone else for focusing on their lives instead of just waiting for you to need them.
    Huck - why "Randy"? Really? That's just not very well done of you at all.
    Let the speed plotting commence!

    I gave it an AWESOME. The season premiere was so satisfying on so many levels. The change to a slower pace is welcome, I guess last season it was so frantic because they had to pack up more storyline in less number of episodes due to Kerry's pregnancy and shorter episode order. I loved seeing the team reunite around Harrison's funeral. I liked Abby's new role and David's appointment, they are given something more interesting to do. I loved Mellie in sweatpants. And Scott Foley is goddamn sexy.

    I gave it up last season and I am glad I did. It went from a show about a strong woman's career to a badly conceived dating show with a really weak and whiny central character.

    Mellie walking through the White House in a rob and Ugh boots was startling to say the least. I felt bad for Jake but...well, my mother told me, you cannot change who someone fundamentally is. Liked the finger thing and the smile as they walked past each other. Huck, ripped my heart out. So glad that she ended staying for good. The funeral was touching. Awesome ep. Glad its back.

    I´m sooo bored with Fitz, and Olivia too to be honest. I like the rest of the cast though, so I´ll continue to watch....for now.

    There were some good moments - particularly Mellie at the end - 'you will tell me.' Glad they don't write her as ignorant of what's the deal. Anyone else wonder why Olivia kept the utilities on at her place even those she was 'gone for good'? And how did that assistant track her down even though she's been gone for months and OPA has shut down? That was beyond bizarre. Wish they'd spent more time on the 'scandal' of the week. Scott Foley is a real gem, even when uttering those embarrassing lines about riding, etc. I'd love to see Jake/Mellie scenes. It's good to have the show back.

    I love Jake and Olivia together - they're hot pretty and sexy. i also Jake for the mystery and pretty he brings to the cast. I'm excited about getting some Abby backstory. Abby is turning out to be a piece of work. And i want to learn what happened when huck went to his wife and son's door. I feel for Mellie. I love her grieving attire. it looks like liv loves to ride Jake as we can see in the next episode, Liv demands Jake bring his hot ass over to her place so she ride that wood.

    Here's a hint if you have to go to a deserted island to get the girl/boy you like to be with you then she's not that into you!


    Jake is Olivia's sand she stuck her head there to get away from her own problems and she knows and even told him so. He is doing the thing that some people do, he thinks he can change her mind and love him back. Poor Jake
