I missed this show. My first returning show of the fall season. And i wasn't disappointed. But omg, Jess, what you did, was soooo pathetic/awkward I had to close my eyes a few times. lol It was funny but omg. I wanted Biel to have more lines! I was excited for her to come in the show, and i felt jipped!
The guys were great. Some funny one liners. "It's called being a gorgeous black man with an action figure body" lol "I rented Best Man Holiday and you weren't in it." hahahaha Not a bad start, but will get better as the season goes on.
This was such a great episode and a good way to start the new season. A lot of the baggage from last season have been disposed of: Schmidt finally feels like Schmidt again, Jess and Nick are fine being just friends (although, I have to say, they were almost too comfortable with each other but I'm sure the awkwardness will resurface later on), CeCe is single again and everyone seems too be in a better place.
I'm seriously having troubles with New Girl's humor lately; ever since the second half of S3 I haven't laughed much at all, and in this premiere I barely if ever dropped a laugh in middle of the episode. I'm glad things are cool with Nick & Jess, and that Schmidt didn't end up hitting on Cecee or something, but we know that's coming eventually. This is probably the only show where there are characters I truly like- they are the reason why I still watch this- trapped in boring storylines. Seriously, I was truly bored
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
It was pretty great. Good to see Reid Scott and Jessica Biel guest starring!

Very much enjoyable! A lot of LOL moments for me. It definitely met and overcame my expectations. Hope it continues on the same path of "funniness".
