Blue Bloods in my opinion, is one of the more underrated shows on TV. They deserve more attention than what they usually get. Great speech by Selleck at the end. His message can be very applicable to our world today. Kudos to the writers.
he should get a promotion by now he took down corrupt cops......infliate a dangerous crime family.........I guess his dad doesn't want him in danger.......hope he does at some point this season
Its what I said, a while back. They really need to develop that character, other wise its going to look his a character from Simpsons/SouthPark... remains the same, but changes for plots.
Like this episode, he should of chose he did like his partner, and take this as a progressive step to so something else on the force. Now this relationship of 2 partners is going to go no where, or its gonna semi-explode where they have to face the consequences of the boss's punishment of splitting them in different
precinct. Then what. How will they get around to having Janko the show. They would probably find a way to remove her maybe. Then what.
Other then that, another great episode. I love Frank's speeches. And that end justice he gets in one way or another. Danny always keeps things interesting. Sucks for Maria. Could of been avoided (her brothers death) but writers choice.
And the Family lunch, Always love that get together. Best part of the episode each episode for me.
I think the subplot involving Frank and the cop just seems repetitive of the other storylines in the past that has involved him dealing with the controversy of another cop's actions. It is connected to how much of the show I feel has been going through the motions since Season 1. Danny's anger problems going nowhere, Jamie remaining static as a character and a cop, Erin is still an ADA despite being offered the position of Deputy Mayor a while back which would opened new avenues for her character and shook things up in a dramatically interesting way among the family, etc.
This whole episode was so emotional to me, with Baez and Danny being in the car accident to her losing Javi which was heartbreaking and a well acted scene and when she told Danny she trusted him I was in love with this episode. Loved the Erin and Jamie talk I can't wait to see what happens because everyone knows that Eddie and him meant to be but he doesn't want to lose her as a partner, and finally I loved how they brought Gormley out here he is a minor character but it was great to see him stand up to frank
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
