I did like Julia as well , but didnt really like Sarah. The most likely out of the two to show up is Hiroshi since I believe this season will be Julia Central especially after the ending of season 1.
I think Alan and Sarah just kind of fill in roles, with Alan being more traditionally the good guy, but I do think Sarah came off at times as childish and/or a bit flaky, but I give the writers/casting director(s) some credit in showing two different kinds of female scientist and I think Sarah's traits helped ground/define Julia's...
I noticed that Balleseros' actor was at Comic-Con, so I'm hopeful about him at least....and I can't imagine that they're done with Hiroshi. I'm thinking they're just weird about credits when it comes to this show. Like how Peter and Sarah were in every episode (I believe) but were listed as recurring (which kept me perpetually on death watch where they were concerned).
Yeah I always thought Peter was going to die in season 1. No they cant be done with Hiroshi , especially after them revealing he is Julias father.
I actually just saw a yt interview with Ronald D. Moore when asked what the fates will be of the season 1 characters he said "some with show up in episode one , some wont turn up until midseason" so presuming this promo is only showcasing episode 1 and 2 they will definitely turn up.

OMG. It'll be even more interesting!!
ReplyDeleteOMG FTW! That break was fast and I'm so happy. It looks like the show is taking a big turn...
ReplyDeleteyes yes yes !
ReplyDeleteIf Balleseros or Hiroshi are not in it , then I don't think it will be as good. They were the best characters.
ReplyDeleteThis season takes them to a jungle where the infected are?. I hope we see more of the future where Julia is the head of the immortals.
ReplyDeleteIf last season dealt with the black goo. then what will this season be about?
This show was a pleasant suprise last season, I'm excited for the new season.
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping, especially with Hiroshi, that they'll kind of wink to his former LOST character Dogen, and he'll turn up in a twist midseason.
ReplyDeleteBut I agree. One of the reasons it worked so well with the other characters was because of these two and Julia I think.
YAY! looking forward to scary jungle time! XD

ReplyDeleteI hope you're right about Julia though! :)
