ReplyDeleteBUT….this synopsis talking about an "Arkham district"….I wouldn't firmly say that the Asylum hasn't been built. Maybe it's just not in use as the asylum was during Arkham Origins.
Sounds great I wonder if this is the ep where well see a first appearance from Hugo Strange. I already love the show but I'm eagerly ancipating this ep.
ReplyDeleteSince the Arkham Asylum is very old (late 19th century, early 20th) and it is named after it's founder, Amadeous Arkham, it is possible that Gotham's outskirts (where the asylum is located) might be referred as the Arkham District.
ReplyDeleteTrue it has been rather selective and "forgetful" of certain elements.

ReplyDeleteYah, that's what I am thinking, and the asylum itself has been disbanded for some time, much like in Arkham Origins.
ReplyDeleteLol, I believe that's been reconned now though to being never solved to better show how any criminal Batman fights could've killed his parents.
ReplyDeleteIn one of the promos, Bullock says "Arkham's been closed for 10 years". So it has to exist already.
