Sophia's face says it all. Severide has to be crushed as that is a textbook face of concern more than any type of romantic feelings. In my opinion, there isn't that sense of emotional depth displayed yet between Halstead/Lindsay.
I'm sorry, I might sound stupid to you right now (xD) but I'm italian and some times I got lost in the words. I didn't understand if you like them or not.... Sorry :(
I think that Severide/Lindsay are a great pair in terms of bring out emotion in a scene and for that reason, I'm in favor of keeping them in scenes together on both Chicago Fire and when needed Chicago PD.
Finally someone who understands my point. IMO they share this emotional complicity and it goes beyond any other complicity in both shows. They speak without talkng and together they are awesome! So eamotional and real... they are this ability to bring out all the feelings of their characters.
Exactly. They are designed to be similar characters, so when they interact, it's basically a mirror image reflecting off each other. While opposites do attract at times, there's something to be said about two characters who would naturally interact with other, regardless of the circumstance. The period of awkwardness isn't there and are able to enhance a scene immediately.
Well I tell you now, if it's not Shay who dies then Chicago Fire has played it's hand brilliantly. Everyone thinks it will be Shay, including me but I would very much like Chicago Fire to pull the surprise stunt of the year and have it not be her. However, I don't think their PR/Advertising department are that smart as to have fooled us all. I think the most obvious answer (Shay) will be the correct one.
LOL, maybe. http://www.spoilertv.co.uk/images/Chicago%20Fire/Season%203/Promotional%20Episode%20Photos/Episode%203.01%20-%20Always/NUP_165030_0640.JPG.php He's in this picture. Also in Sneek peaks and press relaese.
I think they put a target on Shay's chest the moment they said Severide will be the most devastated by this loss. It became crystal clear in that moment considering we all know how much Severide and Shay love each other. Then, when they realized we all understood everything, they brought out a spoiler saying "Severide and Shay start to think if it's time to get serious in life"... Very useless spoiler IMO because we're not that stupid...
I have to agree with you. From the moment spoilers were released--from the episode title, to pictures from set, to spoilers, to casting the new paramedic, and the fact that Lauren is not even in Chicago -- everything has always pointed for it to be Shay. No one is going to be surprised it is her. If the writers wanted to go for the surprise on who dies, waiting for the premiere spoiled it. If they were going on emotionally destroying Shay's fan base--they succeeded.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
AAAAAA why 23rd can't be here tonight!!! :((( Who is this new guy NEWHOUSE i think he's the new guy on a squat...[crossing fingers for SHAY]
ReplyDeleteNewhouse is the new guy. Looks like he'll get featured more.
ReplyDeleteAHHH say what you all want but I LOVE Taylor Kinney and Sopha Bush together. They have so much chemistry and they are both so HOT!

ReplyDeleteNo need to apologize at all.

ReplyDeleteAMEN! AMEN!
ReplyDeleteWhat are they really trying to tell us no Shay in any of the pics, looks like I'm still in denial:(
ReplyDeleteWell... no Otis in the pics either, so I guess it's got to be one of them...
ReplyDeleteOtis is safe.
ReplyDeleteI must have missed some info then?

I think that it's just too obvious that it's Shay. I also would like to be surprised and someone else than Shay leaves the show.

ReplyDeleteEverything does point to Shay. Which makes me think that we are in for a surprise. I don't think they would want to ruin it before it aired.
ReplyDeleteDefinitively missed them, lol! Thanks :)
ReplyDeleteI hope you are right but i don't know :(
ReplyDeleteThanks for the info I feel a lot better whew!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm so with you, I like Otis and Shay we sure can't lose them:)

ReplyDeleteIt's Hadley. Look at imdb, he's the only one with no credits for the episode "Always" which is on tonight.
