Stana tackling him and pleading "What have you done?" was definitely the highlight of the clip. Great preview. I wonder why ABC took it off their site.
That has got to be the most intense and out of control and angry Beckett I have ever seen including throughout everything involving her mothers case, really shows how much Castle means to her
Seems like the writers want to compensate the hardcore fans for the sh*t of the finale and the complaints from last season. Ring on her finger (we will probably get another explanation why it doesn't obstruct her job now, LOL), badassarie on the Nth power (Kate "Quaterback" Beckett, another layer of her super qualities), complete fanservice. Am I wrong when I would have run for the switch first, to stop the machine?
Yes, of course, it was just funny, because when they tried to defend the "cliffhanger" the argument was that Beckett can't know that they are only fictional characters in a TV show in which Castle can not die, so to her it was a real danger. Seems like in the summer she has learned the truth ... :D
You mean that yeah, Castle may die while they running around, but its so hairporny and Beckett is so cooool, so who cares! I thought that this was about the characters, not some lame competition to CBS NFL games.
Oh boy ! I would hug you if I knew who you were and if being hugged by a stranger wasn't extremely weird.
Seriously, people are ofen guetting upset for so little. There's so much that doesn't make sense sometimes, if you don't let it go from time to time, either way, t see how you can enjoy anything. That why we call it fiction. Not everything is logic.
Beside even if we can't see the logic, it doesn't mean it's not there.

Seriously, people are otfen getting upset for so little. There's so much that doesn't make sense sometimes that if you don't let it go from time to time, I can't see how you can enjoy anything. From time to time its just good to let the logic go and stop pushing.
That why we call it fiction. Not everything is logical or consistent. Not that it always is in real life anyway.
Beside even if we can't see the logic, it doesn't mean it's not there. It's just good to be stupid from time to time !
And that means that Castle is beyond any help? Sorry, if it is my love I would have first and foremost wanted to check that maybe I could do something for him.
I don't recall any specific talk or word about the ring on the necklace. Yes, she probably put it there because of the job and because she is not much of a show-y woman if that mean anything. Logically she should not even be on the case, anyway. (But let's not forget who Beckett is.) Beside not a lot of time must have pass between the soapy comercial slash discovery of the car scene and this scene since this is a missing person case.
What's bugging me the most is the general paralysis in front of the car wrecking machine. One person okay, but three ? But hey its seems like a golden rule in tv shows and movies. When there is a danger you don't move, do what ever you want but never move or else, only at the last second, in the mean time just hang there with your mouth wide open.
Shes still wearing the ring, is because she only had time to remove the dress and to get into casual wear. If you look Javi and Ryan is still wearing the Tux. The engagement would make her feel closer to Castle, which she needs. Plus she wasn't wearing a necklace at the time.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Wow That was awesome! They tracked Rick's GPS signal to the vehicle only to see it crushed in front of them.

ReplyDeleteThat guy is twice her size and she tackled him like a linebacker.
ReplyDeleteThat has got to be the most intense and out of control and angry Beckett I have ever seen including throughout everything involving her mothers case, really shows how much Castle means to her
ReplyDeleteOMG! Badass Beckett is on the case! :D
ReplyDeleteWow, you know Beckett is seriously pissed and trying to find Castle she's actually running with flats on:)

ReplyDeleteyou would think,
ReplyDeletebut that would ruin the tackling dummy routine.
ReplyDeleteHaven't seen bada$$ Kate since Bracken but with him she cool and deadly. Here she's all heated passion.

ReplyDeleteI've ALREADY Seen This Earlier This Week lol...But It's STILL AWESOME!!!! YAAAAAAY!!!! 5 MORE DAYS Till My FAVORITE Show Comes Back With A BANG!!! :D
ReplyDeleteSometimes its good to put logic aside and just go along with some things.

ReplyDeleteOfc i mean that and it wont be the last time i say it because realy sometimes look for trouble where there is none.
ReplyDeleteif you look again at the clip you will see that the car was full crushed before the guy with the buttons came into view
ReplyDeleteShe was getting married so she had her ring on. Then her fiancé goes missing. Do you really thinK the first thing she does is to take the engagement ring off her finger and back on her necklace? Probably the last thing on her mind and the last thing she wants.
ReplyDeleteOh boy ! I would hug you if I knew who you were and if being hugged by a stranger wasn't extremely weird.

If I recall properly, the reason why she didn't wear it was A) too expensive, she wanted to save it and B) a ring like this is an obstruction in her work when she has to use her weapon. As much as I would like to see her as the completely, mindlessly despaired fiancé, I would like to point that she does her job as a cop (not in rank, in her mind), organize the hunt as a cop, so I have no reason to think that she doesn't think about her professional acts (which at a certain level must work like instincts, without even thinking about) as a cop. Which means to put away the ring. Unfortunately it's impossible now to revoke the previous BS about it.

golden rule => badly crafted melodrama (not here, everywhere)
