  3. i loved his audition story and i didn't know he was afraid of heights, i hope the crossover event is two hours on the same night because he said two nights now i'm worried, smallville was on for 10 years and it worked, it bothers me when people don't even mention it as an amazing success and i love that arrow cosplayer really cool

  4. Actually yes the crossover is gonna be on 2 different nights. From what I've heard, the 1st part will be on The FLash which airs tuesday october 7 and the 2nd part on Arrow Wednesday october 8 ;) Hope this clears out any confusion....

I can only guess that "Smallville" isn't mentioned as much because it was a very polarizing show and this is a comic book convention after all.

Ten seasons is nothing to sneeze at so that very much counts for something. My personal take is that "Smallville" did have a number of entertaining moments but as a former comic book collector and true Superman fan, I need to say this where I have the opportunity: "Smallville" was a horrendous disservice to the Superman mythos and any real, self respecting Superman fan would agree.

Arrow seems to be doing a lot better in terms of story telling and overall adherence to canon but because its a CW show it will always be one production executive meeting away from veering off into the ridiculous like most of the shows on that network.

  6. now it's no fun i wanted the crossover to be on the same night as big event, and you still can't deny smallville was a success even you hated it

  8. I don't think he watched Smallville. Funny though he watched Melrose.

  9. I'm thankful for the fans who record and share these panels (and to Stephen for attending them!) but I really hope he doesn't have to answer any more questions about the Justice League movie, how he got the part of Arrow, whether he has hurt himself on the salmon ladder, how he got into acting, what other hero/villain he would like to play and/or see on Arrow, how he learned archery...

Perhaps a fan with more time and video-editing skills than I can put together a FAQ video from Stephen's previous Q&A and con panel videos?

  10. they do film on Fridays, sometimes even through the night and on Saturdays. While filming Felicity centric episode he could attend the Fan Expo on 3 days in Toronto, the same will be the case on next Friday while they are shooting Roy centric episode he will be at the Montreal for 3 days (Friday-Sunday).
