The Goldbergs - Episode 2.02 - Mama Drama

"Mama Drama" - Adam's desire to be the lead in the school musical, "Jesus Christ Superstar," goes unfulfilled when he's cast in something other than the leading role. Insistent her son is a star, Beverly casts Adam in a rival show, but when he becomes too self-obsessed for the rest of the cast, Beverly makes a drastic decision. Meanwhile, Murray's disdain for traffic results in leaving every sporting event early much to Barry's dismay, including a Flyers game that ends with an unprecedented event, on "The Goldbergs," WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 1 (8:30-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC

Stars - Wendi McLendon-Covey ("Bridesmaids") as Beverly Goldberg, Patton Oswalt ("Ratatouille") as adult Adam Goldberg, Sean Giambrone as Adam Goldberg, Troy Gentile ("Good Luck Chuck") as Barry Goldberg, Hayley Orrantia ("The X Factor") as Erica Goldberg, with George Segal ("Just Shoot Me") as Pops Solomon and Jeff Garlin ("Curb Your Enthusiasm") as Murray Goldberg.

The Middle - Episode 6.02 - The Loneliest Locker

"The Loneliest Locker" - Frankie and Mike scramble to find second jobs in a desperate attempt to afford sending Sue to a good college next year. Sue and Brad strive to do something different and important while writing, directing and starring in the senior play, entitled "The Loneliest Locker," instead of eating the family out of house and home, Axl literally begins to take the home apart when he removes -- without asking -- as many household items as he can to furnish his and Hutch's new rented house, and Brick drives the family crazy when he finds a box containing all of his noisy and annoying childhood toys -- that were purposely stowed away by Frankie -- and begins playing with them, on "The Middle," WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 1 (8:00-8:30 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"The Middle" stars Patricia Heaton as Frankie, Neil Flynn as Mike, Charlie McDermott as Axl, Eden Sher as Sue and Atticus Shaffer as Brick.

Guest starring are Brock Ciarlelli and Brad Bottig and Alphonso McAuley as Hutch.

Resurrection - Episode 2.02 - Echoes

"Echoes" - When Bellamy and Sheriff Fred get reports that someone is living in Caleb Richards's old hunting shack, they fear he may have returned. Bellamy struggles with the knowledge that he too is a returned, and with following the orders of his mysterious boss (guest star Donna Murphy). Janine moves back home in hopes of salvaging her marriage to Pastor Tom, despite Rachael's advancing pregnancy. Margaret Langston is furious when she learns the fate of the family business, on "Resurrection," SUNDAY, OCTOBER 5 (9:00-10:01 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"Resurrection" stars Omar Epps as J. Martin Bellamy, Frances Fisher as Lucille Langston, Matt Craven as Fred Langston, Devin Kelley as Maggie Langston, Mark Hildreth as Pastor Tom Hale, Samaire Armstrong as Elaine Richards, Landon Gimenez as Jacob and Kurtwood Smith as Henry Langston.
