    I find this show quite good, never expected it. I want to hate it but I can't.

    It's not my type of show. The only other naval type thing I liked was The Hunt for Red October. Loved that film. But something draws me to it here. Also there's so many contagion type shows out there already wasn't sure we needed another one. Maybe it's because of its different approach and so many characters and strong leads....and it's well written. :)

    Why is it the bad guys are the ones doing the smart things? You have drones for a reason! You have a helo for a reason! If the writing were to tighten up on the lacking elements of reality (yes, I understand it is just TV, but still it could be sharper), then the show would go from being pretty good to at least very good, and all it takes is a bit more reality in the mix. Not is not scary enough with the bola outbreak in Africa and a traveler being quarantined here in the US complaining of the symptoms. That make the show scary enough in its own right, but better writing would be awesome.
