Zap2it has learned that "The Flash" has cast a former "Star-Crossed" alien -- actor Greg Finley -- to play the villainous Girder in two upcoming episodes of the show's Season 1.
Finley's role of Tony Woodward will appear in episodes 6 and 7 of "The Flash." Thanks to the S.T.A.R. Labs explosion in the premiere episode of the series, Tony finds himself with the ability to transform his skin into living metal. In the guise of Girder, Tony then goes on a crime spree that only Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) may be able to stop.
The connection between the two men doesn't stop there, however. Back when they were kids, Tony was the bully who used to torment Barry.

This cast is great!
ReplyDeleteHe looks stunning(surprise CW)! Glad he sticks around after SC. This show gets better and better!
ReplyDeleteTurns his skin into metal... this will be a challenge for the special effects department, which is working on a TV budget. Since Barry's speed looks great, hopefully they can pull it off.
ReplyDeleteSo, he's the one who'll be working with The Clock King in episode 7? Sounds good and I don't mind them giving him a personal connection to Barry, as long as they don't overdo it with the other villains.
ReplyDeleteFantastic news! Loved Greg on Star-Crossed and was hoping to see him back on my screen soon.
ReplyDeleteGreat news. Liked him in star crossed. Love his super powers too. I am excited to see clock king.
