The Bridge - Matthew Lillard Conference Call - Transcript

     SpoilerTV was recently given the opportunity to discuss The Bridge with series regular Matthew Lillard who portrays Daniel Frye, an arrogant, but lovable reporter who is mixed up with the cartel. During the conference call, I was able to ask Matthew one question and asked him what we can expect to see from Daniel Frye in the later part of this season. Matthew referenced Frye's bound-to-fail two beers a day rule as a major part of his character's arc for the later part of the season. Matthew also mentioned that as the season moves along we can expect to see more of Frye and Adriana than they have traditionally had per episode. As was witnessed in The Bridge's most recent installment, Frye and Adriana are unfaltering in their dedication to journalistic truth. Unfortunately, Frye's aforementioned arrogance would seem to be his fatal flaw. This could leave viewers wondering...what is Adriana's?
