JR Ramirez, who recurred on the first season of Starz’s drama series Power, has been promoted to regular for Season 2. Ramirez, plays Julio, second in command to Tommy (Joseph Sikora).
Ramirez also was recently cast as Ted “Wildcat” Grant on the upcoming third season of the CW‘s Arrow.
