  1. I am guessing Bill is wanting to die to give himself some redemption and because he is tired of living which is why they have been showing his flashbacks. Looks like Gus is the new villain now.

  2. I'm glad to see Tara's story finally have closure, but it took foreveeeer to finally get to the point. Maybe now Lettie Mae will let herself find some peace and happiness and be the wife the Reverend deserves. That man has stuck through thick and thin with all of her craziness and also deserves to be happy with the wife he loves. I am convinced that Hoyt at least subconsciously feels the connection with Jessica even though he doesn't remember her. He picked Alaska of all places to live after leaving Bon Temps. An ideal state for a vampire to live considering the lack of sunlight. Hoyt is drawn to Jessica as much as she is to him. That's why she finally ended the relationship Jessica has had with Jason. Maybe Hoyt and Jessica will start over and build a life in Alaska together. I think the reason why Bill didn't want the cure wasn't so much that he was tired of living. Instead, Bill knew if he was cured that neither he nor Sookie would be able to walk away from each other. Sookie would never have the normal life she's claimed to always want because she will always be drawn to her first love. It sounds like from the previews that Bill will try to convince Eric they both need to let Sookie go. I wonder if Bill will secretly take the cure but let everyone think he's dead so Sookie will live her own life the way it was meant to be before Sophie Ann forced Bill into her path. I can see it now, there will be a time jump before the show ends where we see Sookie happily married with little children running around while Bill longingly looks at her. I am disappointed in how this last season has gone. Instead of this show going out on the solid and satisfying note, it seems to be limping to the finish line. I hope the stories pick up the pace before the end.

  3. I forgot to add my favorite part of this episode which was Violet's story coming to a sudden and very final end. I just wish Jason was the one to pull the trigger after all she put him through. Violet was a real sick twist how she walked up to each her victims and described the different torturous ways she was going to kill them.

  4. Was the character of Tara, a regular since the first episode and one of the original primary main characters, really just written out of the show so it could redeem Lettie Mae? SERIOUSLY?!

Exactly, as a fan (Tara is my fav) I'm pretty disappointed... Tara should have died when she sacrificed herself for Sookie in season 4, that is a end with dignity and heroism. This entire storyline is a freaking Ghost Whisperer episode.

I should have stopped watching earlier this nonsense.

  6. But this way Hoyt (unknowingly) got the vampire who killed his mother...

  7. just watched and was pretty disappointed. gave it a poor as from other than just a tid bit of crazed Violet and the cute set up for Jess/Hoyt most of this ep (and largely the season) left me bored throughout: all of the Tara stuff was all to cast the meh character of Lettie Mae in a favorable light and to forgive her from all the abuse she gave Tara? really? felt like a big waste of time imo and that Tara could've been given a better send off instead of all this... and even though I get that the writers had long decided to push Sookie/Bill back together despite all of the Billith crap (and I get that theirs was the first big ship for fans) so I understand that she would want to find a cure for him, that the writers didn't have Sookie to be as concerned to find a cure for Eric as well as she had a long standing relationship with him as well.... it just seems that knowing that this would be the finale season that the writers could've stepped it up with a grand farewell arc, but with 2 eps to go it really just feels like a bunch of meh that I feel that I'm only watching because I've seen every ep to this point... I hope that the end will be great but at this point wont be surprised if it's not

  8. Ok i'm late (been busy) But i didn't care too much for this episode. i thought it sucked, and the only thing that saved it for me was Violet's death!! THANK GOD!!! and the fact that Hoyt did it was even better.

Jessica/Jason's scene in the car (bittersweet). Jessia/Hoyt's first scene (i thought the second scene they were laying it on pretty thick), and Jason/Hoyt's scene. i loved that.

And of Course BOTH Sooric scenes, i loved that scene when she pretended she was being glamoured. But i thought that was a very poor perfromance, like ok Sook as much as you been through you could've played that better, but it worked so w/e Shrugs.

Everything else Snoozeville!!! I LOL'd when Lala, Lettie Mae, were done with that V trip. like really?? we waited 8 episodes for a f**king gun so she could make peace with her mom? hahahahahaha gimme a break. I still can't stand Lettie Mae, and ughhh and Sookie was annoying me in this episode. But that's to be expected. And of course there's the ending that was not even a bit surprising!! Like we all didn't see that shit coming (rolls eyes). Best line of the episode goes to Eric. Eric to Sarah- "Quiet antidote." LMFAO i laughed sooo hard.
